Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything in downtown Waco that we were interested in, like the Silos and popular restaurants. Conveniently located for driving to Waco Surf as well. Cute little comfortable place.

We had a nice stay at the Gorman House apartment. It was comfortable and clean and met our needs while we were there. Charmaine was an excellent host and responded to us right away. We were so happy that the rental is dog friendly.

Photo on line is not where you are staying. Stairway is steep and could be difficult. Shower was slippery and difficult for an older person. Kitchen lacked some equipment. Good air conditioning. Parking entrance is tricky. Comfortable for four people.

Host was very nice but this area was terrible. Beautiful house but not good surroundings. I could literally smell weed coming in through the windows every night at a certain time. Loud partying into the wee hours of the morning. The house itself was ok. But if you're planning to sit on a porch and have coffee in the morning, or go for a walk around the area, this is not it.
