Come and enjoy the Provence sun.
Renovated village house, with terrace, arbor and private courtyard (garden furniture and barbecue).
Ideally located in a quiet area, close to all amenities and shops on foot.
Maillane, birthplace of the poet Frédéric Mistral, is located by car, 5 minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, near Baux-de-Provence, 15 minutes from Avignon from its Palais des Papes and the festival, Pont -du-Gard at 30 min, and of course at the gates of the Camargue, and many other sites to discover ....
The house consists of:
- a closed exterior without vis-à-vis, with terrace, arbor, barbecue, garden furniture
- a ground floor with living room, kitchen, utility room, WC
- a 1st floor, with a large master bedroom (160 cm bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. A children's room, with bunk beds
- a 2nd floor, with a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
Furnished with taste and all the charm of exposed beams and stones, this house is ideal for holidays, a weekend or for a business trip.
Free wifi connection.
Towels and sheets are provided (beds made).
End of stay cleaning is € 50 (excluding kitchen and BBQ). You can do it yourself if you wish, household products are available, (specify when booking).

From the first cold, towards the end of October, read the electric meter on arrival and departure so that everyone can adjust their heating consumption (at the rate of kwatts).
I also ask for a deposit check of 300 €, which I return to you on your departure, after checking the whole house (therefore you do not have the deposit taken by the booking site)

Located well in the area

Well located position handy to the shops for breakfast each morning. Nice little village with 3 good restaurants and a pizza place. Not far to all tourist areas!

Wonderful stey

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable and air conditioned gite. It was 39 degrees some days so that was really appreciated. Lovely outside area and a well equipped house. It was very conveniently situated for many day trips. We would certainly love to stay again.

This was a lovely property. Very convenient for touring the many interesting areas in the surrounding towns and countryside. It was nice being a part of an active community. Great accommodation and Sandra was the perfect host.

We had a delightful time at Sandra’s wonderful home: large and spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bath with lots of amenities, a delicious backyard with a barbecue area and a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is located in a charming and quaint village only 18 mn drive away from Palais des Papes in Avignon, which was very convenient for us. I’ll definitely recommend the place and will check next year if it’s available when I come back.

Un super séjour à Maillane

Une location idéale pour un séjour proche d’Avignon. Rien ne manque, un beau salon aménagé et décoré avec goût, trois grandes chambres permettant d’avoir chacun un bel espace personnel. Un environnement très calme. Boulangerie et supérette toute proche. Une hôte très sympathique. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochaine visite familiale. Un très grand merci.

Herziges Häuschen

Wir verbrachten 2 schöne Wochen in Maillane. Sandra war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar! Das kleine Häuschen war gemütlich und zweckmässig. In der Küche hätte ich mir mehr Arbeitsfläche gewünscht, es war einzig ein kleiner Teil auf der Spülmaschine dafür vorgesehen. Auch konnten wir unsere Vorräte nirgends versorgen, habe dann dafür unsere Tasche/Korb genommen… Töpfe und Pfannen waren ziemlich zerkratzt (Beschichtung) oder es gab für die kleinen keine Deckel. Im oberen Stock hatte es einen unangenehmen Geruch nach Gulli, der etwas abnahm wenn man immer Durchzug machte. Im grossen und ganzen haben wir aber eine gute Zeit dort verbracht!

Très tranquille dans un petit village très mignon. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Logement très bien équipé avec une terrasse privative qui permet de rester à l'extérieur si on le souhaite. A recommander.

Maison comfortable au calme

La maison de Sandra est grande, bien agencée, joliment décorée et fonctionnelle pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La literie est excellente et tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour, comme les jeux et livres laissés à disposition. Le village de Maillane offre tout ce qu il faut, restaurants, pizzeria, bonne boulangerie à 2 min à pied et une épicerie avec tout ce qu il faut, tout ça à quelques kilomètres des baux, de saint Rémy ou d’avignon. Bref, tout pour passer un séjour très agréable au cœur de la Provence.

Maison confortable

La maison est bien équipée et très propre, bien rénovée. Elle est adaptée à 2 adultes et 2 enfants approximativement en cas de temps pluvieux comme cela a été notre cas à la Toussaint (plus s'il fait beau, dans ce cas la terrasse doit être très agréable). Attention : fin octobre / début novembre nous avons dû mettre le chauffage ce qui peut vite coûter cher car ce sont des radiateurs électriques (mais je pense que nous avons eu un temps exceptionnellement mauvais pour la saison).
