Pleasant studio, completely renovated, located in a very quiet and secure residence, on the edge of the new Wissant dike, and 50 meters from the sandy beach.
The apartment (15m²) is fully equipped and furnished, it includes:
- An entrance area with a storage cupboard (dressing room, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron…)
- The main room with a convertible 2 people (comfortable and quality mattress), TV, table and removable chairs
- The kitchen is open to the living room, it is fully equipped: fridge, hob, sink, storage, oven and microwave, dishes, etc.
- The bathroom: shower, sink and wc
Free WIFI access in the residence / Bike storage (subject to availability of fasteners)
The studio is ideally located for enjoying the beach, walking paths (very beautiful hikes are accessible to all), restaurants by the sea ...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour
Studio situé dans un endroit calme, à 20 mètres de la mer et proche des commerces.
Bien aménagé, il convient parfaitement pour loger 2 personnes. Il n'y manque rien. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme !!!

Problèmes de bruits
Bonjour ,
Madame Lamare est une personne très agréable , son mari également , ils sont venu
rapidement pour régler le problème de liaison internet , mais nous sommes au regrets
d'avoir été contraints de subir le dérangement du au bruit infernal du matériel mis au
travail dès 6H30 pour la pose des égouts , vraiment impossible de se reposer dans
ces conditions + poussière rentrant dans le studio , bref , un véritable ENFER au
réveil.

Vous êtes des voyageurs très sympathiques, et nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir.
Nous regrettons le bruit, indépendant de notre volonté,lors de votre séjour. Les travaux devaient être réalisés en hiver et nous les avons découverts en même temps que vous. Nous sommes navrés de ces désagréments .
Pour vos prochains séjours, nous vous conseillons de respecter la règle de "logement non fumeur", stipulée dans l'annonce et comme nous vous l'avons rappelée au début du séjour.
Nous avons eu des difficultés à éliminer l'odeur de tabac dans le studio.

Conforme au descriptif et propre
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, aménagement fonctionnel du studio ; son emplacement permet d'accéder immédiatement à la digue ainsi qu'à la rue principale menant à l'office de tourisme et au principaux commerces.
Proche également des divers sentiers de randonnées, soit par le GR120 et/ou la plage.
Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable et ensoleillée.

Studio parfait, cosy, confortable, calme et très très bien situé.
J'ai passé une excellente semaine. Le studio est très bien agencé . Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout!! Ils sont disponibles, extrêmement gentils.. je recommande ce logement !! Merci encore pour tout!! Et à très bientôt car c'est sur je reviendrai
