Beautiful 2300 square foot home a few miles from beach with numerous amenities including WiFi, 2 community pools, shuttle to beach, nature walk, fitness center, and playgrounds. Numerous golf courses and great restaurants in area.

House has 3 bedrooms (1 master, 2 guest) and can comfortably sleep 8 and up to 10. There are 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

A fully functioning kitchen with outdoor patio/grille is included as well as a washer/ dryer.

Place is great for families and children are welcome.

Bedsheets and towels must be provided by guests and no pets are allowed.

Off season at the beach

Beautiful large townhouse in a convenient location. Loved the neighborhood for walking as well as the nature trail. Only drawback was that neighborhood pools were closed by mid September but the beach was still nice.

The property is located in a beautiful community. We were close to the pool and used it a lot. The staff at the pool were very friendly. It was lovely to take walks in the evening.

Quite and Pristine

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean, super quiet, super convenient to nearby beaches, a great pool to relax at, and friendly nearby neighbors. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. A beautiful open downstairs with plenty of room for the whole family. Totally enjoyed.

Summers end trip to Bethany Beach

Our stay at Chris and JoAnns place was wonderful. The home is very spacious and inviting. We enjoyed the days at the beach and using the pool late in the day. We especially enjoyed the evenings out on the screened in porch. This s a great place to stay and we will be coming back for sure. Thank you Chris and JoAnn for a wonderful carefree stay.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time on this vacation. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect. Not far from Bethany Beach, Assateague Island, Ocean City and Fenwick Island. We were able to visit all of them. Would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful house with great location

We loved the house, it was new and up to date with everything. The pools were great! The parking for the house was awesome - we brought 2 cars and they both fit in driveway. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no trash bags, or dish rags or dish towels. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the downstairs 1/2 bath. These are little things that could be corrected, but an inconvenience whe we expected to have that kind of stuff in the house. We have rented every yar, and usually the houses come with those amenities. Otherwise, our stay was great. The owner does need to update the instructions , as it was a little confusing that trash was picked up on Monday and the note said to put it out Tuesday evening. Also, neighbors told us recycling is only picked up every other week. There is a dumpster near the tennis courts, as no trash is left in cans when you leave.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very roomy and clean. We loved the screened in porch at night and in the mornings. Great location. Close to everything. Walking distance to the pool and a short drive to the beaches. We definitely will be returning!

We had a great week

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the bed in the mbr. The house is new and everything is there. A new set of mugs, bowls and plates in the kitchen would be a good addition. There is a dumpster so no smelly garbage in the garage is a plus. We used the grill. There also is a shuttle to BB but we didn’t use because we can park at our friends’ beach house. Pool is very nice. We may come back!

We love Bethany beach and we were so happy to purchase this property which offered all of the amenities (Pool, golf, playgrounds, fitness center, etc) that we were looking for four our family. We are so happy with the development and the community and we are happy to share this with people who are looking for similar experiences.
