Please note, there is no full kitchen in this unit, we have a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 full bath studio/guest quarter in a very desirable Neighborhood in Oceanside. You will enjoy fully remodelled bedrooms and bath with a panoramic view of the surroundings of​ your patio​ area. This unit offers a ​private entrance, very quiet and peaceful​ yet close to shopping​, restaurants, entertainment, freeway 78 and 5. Just minutes from the beaches, Legoland​, Nationally known Carlsbad Flower field and about 35 minutes drive to downtown San Diego. We had a wonderful time in Oceanside. It was nice to come back to a mini house then a hotel room. It was nice and quiet. Beautiful environment and nice hosts. We will definitely try to get this same place next year.

Rena was the best!

Rex’s was so kind and helpful. He helped me in my mid-planning of food for my allergy kiddo and was so responsive to anything that came up. We will definitely be back!

Perfect, beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly! The hosts were very friendly and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and we loved walking the area and enjoying the breathtaking views and gorgeous scenery!! We will definitely stay again when we come back to visit!

Beautiful, minimal amenities

The location and the house itself are really beautiful. It is connected to the hosts house and there's a tenant below, which wasn't disclosed. There is no laundry and no kitchen, but there is a sink outside and a microwave and mini fridge inside. They do have ants though, which despite having minimal food , we were fighting the whole time. The pool was nice and did feel private.We had two vehicles, which was a little bit of a Tetris situation. It was okay for what we needed but I wish the accuracy of the listing was better so we could be better prepared.

Clean, Great Host, Easy Location

In town to visit friends and really just needed a place to sleep. It was perfect. Two bedrooms each with ceiling fan and AC unit, small refrigerator and coffee maker, clean and spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. Reza is kind and prompt in replies.

Family Visit

Me and my college age son stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was really easy, the beds were super comfortable , I slept like a baby! The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. I will definitely stay here next trip.

Beautiful Home in Oceanside

The scenery and location of this property is perfect! The pool and backyard area was great for a relaxing first day after travel. We were close to the beach, good restaurants, and the harbor. It was very clean and exactly as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Wedding weekend

Very clean and accommodating! Property is beautiful. We saw a gorgeous sunset at the pool and then on the porch watched the strawberry moon. Absolutely a wonderful stay!

Oceanside Getaway

I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay!!! The property is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town, but it’s close enough to where you can be at the beach in 10 min or less!!! It’s so peaceful at night and the view from the facility and pool areas are breath-taking!!! Reza is a wonderful host and a great guy!!!! I will definitely visit again!!!!

Solid Place to Stay

The location is perfect for so many things. It was super easy to get around, but the house itself is atop a hill and feels private from the rest of the town. The rooms have A/C and beautiful views. The space is entirely your own, but it is one wall away from the rest of the host's house and there's a renter downstairs. So, it is pretty easy to hear everything going on in the house or when the renter comes home. The beds are comfy, though, and the bathroom was very nice.

Great location.

This was a great location to stay at and parking is located right on the property. Easy access to the highway for the areas we were visiting in San Diego. Great Pool and Spa too. Would rent from again.

Super convenient and easy access to everything

Owners were very helpful with check-in/check-out process and helpful with some last minute questions/requests. Place was very easy to access and the location made it great for reverse rush-hour traffic commutes to Legoland and the beach (we went to Fletcher Cove). No issues whatsoever and I would definitely stay here again! We drove out from Phoenix and packed a few extra things just in case they weren't stocked, but they had everything we needed and more!
