Please note, there is no full kitchen in this unit, we have a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 full bath studio/guest quarter in a very desirable Neighborhood in Oceanside. You will enjoy fully remodelled bedrooms and bath with a panoramic view of the surroundings of your patio area. This unit offers a private entrance, very quiet and peaceful yet close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, freeway 78 and 5. Just minutes from the beaches, Legoland, Nationally known Carlsbad Flower field and about 35 minutes drive to downtown San Diego. As Described!

The rate for this property was cost effective, clean and a safe location. The pool plus view was great. The pool has no steps so older adults may have trouble getting in and out but the jacuzzi attached to the pool is an easier in and out and just as refreshing!

Perfect for our short stay

Two large bedrooms, one room with microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker. Independent AC units in each room. Nice large bathroom shower with plenty of hot water. Towels for both bathroom and pool area use. Pool is nice area with nice views, but no steps into the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself out. Reza was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Only two rooms

Everything was fine but the place is just two bedrooms, and no lobby etc. there is a frdge microwave as well. both rooms were very nice with a large shower and bathroom area that was nice as well.

Perfect Oceanside Location

Reza and Maray have made some wonderful updates to the property, including a beautiful pool/hot tub and decadent shower. They were responsive and helful when our flight in arrived late. We highly recommend these delightful hosts!

I'm a 65-year-old male married to an amazing lady (Maray) for the last 34 years. We have 2 boys, Ramin & Mehdi, 33 & 28 whom I'm very proud of. I used to do engineering work and for the last 20 years I have been working in the real estate industry as a broker associate. I truly enjoy my work because I love meeting new people and assisting them to achieve their real estate need. Outside of work I play tennis and work out at the GYM a couple of times a week, I also love ballroom dancing, I think it is a good workout and stress reliever in my opinion :-). I love living in San Diego, I have lived in many parts of the US and feel blessed to be living in San Diego since 2000.

Why they chose this property

There are number of reasons why I love our home. It is a very unique and custom built house by a very well know general contractor. The location is prime, we are close to everything yet very private. This home offers Ocean and Golf views with a beautiful pool.
