Cottage in the mountains with Wifi for 4 people in Orlu Valley!
Individual gîte (75m²) in the heart of the Orlu valley. Fenced terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 bed (equipped with a duvet) and a sink. A room with a freezer, a washing machine and a toilet. On the 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen area (traditional oven, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, gas hob). A living room / living room (non convertible sofa) with flat screen TV, a balcony facing south with a garden furniture. On the 2nd floor (access by a staircase of 5 steps), a room with a bed 140 (equipped with a duvet), a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet. A private parking space behind the housing.
NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION. Electric heating.
The price includes rental, WIFI, consumption of water and gas.
The electricity is in supplement (0,17 € the consumed kw), taken of meter done with the arrival and the departure of the tenant.
Pets are not accepted.
2019 and 2020 cure package: April, May, September, October, November (contact us for rates).
The deposit of 150 € is requested on arrival of the tenant and returned the day of departure after checking the condition of the house.
If the accommodation is not clean at the departure of the tenant, the owner invoices a flat rate of 60 € for restoration of the housing.
