Cozy 3 Bedroom Ranch No steps

3 Bedroom 1 bath home remodeled in 2018 with all new appliances, new flooring, beds, bedding, and linens. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and everything you need to make your own meals. Washer and dryer are also new and included. Just bring your bag and enjoy yourself in the comfort of your own place instead of a hotel. Close to Heidelberg and Tiffin University. Stay for the week or the month. Internet is included and we do have a ROKU stick. Cable is not included.

If your dates are not available please send me an inquiry. We block out some dates for our own family to use but we may be able to accommodate you. Thanks for looking.

Long Weekend stay

Stayed with my sisters and toddler for a long weekend and it was a wonderful property! Prices were comparable to a hotel in town but we went with the house for the space and kitchen. Would recommend this property to anyone!

This little house is in the perfect location, at the end of a quiet street, in a cute little neighborhood! The home was immaculate, the hosts were communicative and welcoming. This will be our go to for our annual visit to Tiffin! Highly recommend for your stay!

In simple terms, it was like a home from home. It was our second visit and a very very enjoyable stay. It has a good, quiet location and the beds are very comfortable. We will no doubt book againon our next visit to Tiffin.
