Ecogite upscale, in an authentic Provencal hamlet located in the heart of the Luberon Park, surrounded by 10 hct of nature, olive trees, large oaks and lavender.
On the ground floor you will enter through a private terrace; inside, a large bright living room of 45m2 with a beautiful modern central staircase, composed of a fully fitted open kitchen, lounge with tv and dvd, a bathroom with wc. At first, you will find a library area with glass roof and sofa, a room with a bed 160x200, a second room with 2 beds 80x190, and finally a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
2 private terraces (ground floor and r + 1), a pool of 17x4m private spring water located a few meters from the house, treated with salt, with solarium.
Parking will allow you to park your vehicles
