Extreme disappointment with VRBO and property host.Apparently host did not de-list, or VRBO did not validate host participation on a timely basis. App allowed booking to a supposed available unit. No communication from host or VRBO.Host refused entry at the time of arrival. Host and VRBO left us abandoned with no alternatives. Had to find alternative in real time.Only positive VRBO app and voiding cc charges were efficient. Validating hosts periodically severley lacking.
