Spacious new air-conditioned T1 (on the mezzanine) of 30 m2 with the bedroom separate from the kitchen and living room (on the mezzanine).
Very quiet, 100m from shops and amenities.
The balcony is ideally exposed, it will allow you to enjoy the sun all day.
Secure parking is also available as well as a common rest room of 35 m2 in addition to the apartment.
The apartment is located in the residential area of Clos des Plages, 100 m from a sandy beach on the first floor of a very large residential villa. The apartment is completely independent from the villa.
