Kurze aber präzise Informationen vorab, Empfang und Rückgabe absolut zuverlässig, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert, alles hat gepasst. Dank an Blas, für Fragen und Wünsche war er immer erreichbar. Ruhiges Wohnviertel in relativ zentraler Lage, nur etwas hellhörig zu Nachbarwohnung. Einzige Kritik: Matratzen für Einzelbetten viel zu weich. Aber kein Problem, da zwei Schlafzimmer, haben wir einfach umgeräumt...

Alles tip top, sehr sauber, perfekte Lage, mitten in der Stadt, alles in der Nähe, Restaurants, einkaufen, Bars und doch sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit Blas, alles Bestens. Während meinem Aufenthalt wurde allerdings die Wohnung nebenan umgebaut was hin und wieder störenden Lärm verursachte (von 9.00 bis 14.00)

Perfekter Aufenthalt in schönen Ambiente

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gab sogar Fön, Shampoo, Reinigungsmittel in der Küche und eine Waschmaschine auf dem 2. Balkon. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter super nett, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir waren nur zu zweit und da wir auf den für uns zu weichen Matratzen im Doppelbett nicht gut geschlafen haben, konnten wir die Betten problemlos tauschen. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Neun wundervolle Wochen haben wir hier verbracht!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch ganz ruhig. Strandpromenade, Stadtzentrum und Busbahnhof sind zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Fünf Minuten entfernt gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt, nur ein paar Meter weiter ein sehr empfehlenswertes Geschäft für Essen zum Mitnehmen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Neben der großen Dachterrasse gibt es noch einen zweiten kleinen Balkon, auf dem die Waschmaschine steht, sehr praktisch. Alles haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Gastgeber ist ausserordentlich freundlich und jederzeit gesprächsbereit. Kleiner Tipp zum Schluss, er ist auch ein sehr guter Gästeführer, wir waren zwei Tage mit ihm unterwegs und waren sehr angetan.

Schöne Wohnung über den Dächern von Arrecife

Fernab der Touristenzentren - Mitten im Alltag von Arrecife - Ruhig gelegen - Gepflegtes Wohnhaus - Alles super sauber - Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum Wechseln ausreichend vorhanden - Zu Zweit genügend Platz - Übergabe und Abnahme der Wohnung mit dem Vermieter völlig entspannt - Alles Sehenswerte von Arrecife, zu Fuß gut zu erreichen - Supermarkt und Bäcker nicht weit - Mietwagen zur Erkundung der Insel empfohlen - In den umliegenden Straßen, immer kostenlos eine Parklücke zu finden - Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über die Dächer von Arrecife, erinnerte an eine nordafrikanische Stadt - Jeden Morgen hier gefrühstückt - Großer Sonnenschirm vorhanden - Auch das noch: schnelles Wlan - Eine gute Zeit verlebt - Empfehlenswert !!!!!

Well situated close to bus stations,supermarkets,shopping areas and sandy beach.Good location for walks along promenade and to nearby resorts.However,the best walks are in the extraordinary volcanic areas to the north (easily accessible by bus).

Convenient, clean and comfortable

As others have said, this is a well-equipped, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential building. It is very convenient for short walks to the beach, the shops and buses for the rest of the island. Blas is welcoming and helpful and delivers clean linen, etc regularly. Arrecife has lots to offer the tourist and we very much enjoyed our 6 week winter escape.

Urlaub unter Spaniern

Bei den ungemütlichen und kalten Temperaturen in Deutschland hatte ích richtig Sehnsucht nach kanarischen Wohlfühltemperaturen und wurde während den zwei Wochen nicht enttäuscht! Den Urlaub in Arrecife zu verbringen ist meines Erachtens viel authentischer und abwechslungsreicher als in den typischen Urlausorten. Das Appartement ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Schnelles und stabiles Internet, Sat TV jedoch nur spanische Sender. Ich habe es genauso vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Mitten im Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig und Zentral gelegen. Bis zur Playa del Reducto, als auch zum Charco de San Gines waren es fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den Ortskern, beim Frühstück konnte man die Morgensonne genießen. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe klappte absolut problemlos. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und angenehm. Toller Service durch den Vermieter Herrn Blas, der sich wirklich um alles kümmert. Bei der Abreise wurde ich von Ihm persönlich um 6:00 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen gebracht. Die Infrastruktur ist perfekt. Supermärkte und Bäckereien ein paar Meter weiter. Dieses gute Gefühl kann ich nur gerne weiter geben und mit bestem Gewissen das Appartement weiter empfehlen. muchas gracias Muchas gracias

Séjour à Arrecife

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Lanzarote, paysage surprenant, dépaysement total et reposant. Quant à l'appartement il est très bien situé pour sillonner l'ile. Spacieux, très propre de plus il possède une très grande terrasse très bien orientée et nous avons profité du soleil dès le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Blas le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible De plus le prix est très correct. Nous le conseillons vivement. Gérard et Michelle LEROY

ottima soluzione senza macchina

Buona qualità prezzo, ottima disponibilità del proprietario. L'appartamento è pulito, curato, funzionale, luminoso, tranquillo. Ha tutto quello che serve. Posizione ottimale per chi non vuole affittare la macchina, ma vuole visitare l'isola, infatti sia la stazione degli autobus che l'intercambiador è a 7 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Anche la spiaggia e la lunga pista pedonale/ciclabile che porta fino a Puerto del Carmen è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Description et photos conformes. Terrasse agreable avec soleil jusqu'à 14h. Logement calme, très propre et très bien entretenu. Ramon est particulièrement disponible et généreux en conseils. Dans le logement, plans, wi fi. Emplacement central, avec supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds et commerce à quelques mètres ouvert casi non stop. Plage et paseo à 15 minutes à pieds, comme la estacion principal de bus (pour l'aeroport, Teguise, San Bartolome notamment). Taxis à 5 minutes. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
