Island House Beach Club 3E - Condo with balcony on the beach

This property has recently been updated with granite countertops, modern cabinets, tile throughout, new bathrooms and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and the secondary bedroom has two twins. The property also has a sleeper sofa for more sleeping room, washer and dryer, WIFI and private garage parking spot. Complex has a heated pool and guest meeting area.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Unfortunately wasn’t happy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish I could give this a good rating because people I met and pool were wonderful but the unit itself was not. It was not clean when I walked in , couldn’t find parking spot and furniture was old and not comfortable. For the amount of money I paid for a cleaning fee alone it should at least have be spotless when I walked in. I hate to leave a bad review but I wish I would have had a review to read before I booked it. Tripower was friendly but I wish they would have followed up better regarding cleaning and parking spot. They did email back apologizing but I just feel they could have tried or followed up a little more.
