Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Unit A101, directly below A201, is beginning full renovation work on Jan 23. At times this work will be very noisy and parking space will be limited. The pool is open, however the elevator is not yet working..***

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy relaxing on your large screened-in lanai that overlooks the Gulf. The owner has recently renovated the kitchen and bathrooms and has equipped the condo with 3 flat screen televisions as well as a DVD player, CD player and Wi-Fi. Also provided are beach towels and beach equipment for your convenience. Complex amenities include: a heated pool, covered parking and gas grills. Bandy Beach is a smoke-free complex.
