Nestled on the ground floor, this condo boasts stunning views from the living room and patio, allowing you to walk directly to the beach in under 30 steps. Experience the convenience and beauty of beachfront living with the added luxury of modern comforts.

The interior of the unit has been entirely upgraded to enhance your stay. Each room, including the master bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips. The living room features a 75'' Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights after a day in the sun.

In addition to these upgrades, the condo offers a light, bright, and sunny ambiance, ensuring a private and quiet retreat. The living room also includes a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.

For your convenience, the unit is fully stocked with a kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, a cooler, a beach cart, and an umbrella are provided. Upon request, a Pack n' play and an attachable baby chair are available. Fransi and Paul, our dedicated property managers, are on hand 24/7 to assist you.

The unit comes with a designated free parking space right outside your front door, eliminating the hassle of carrying suitcases or groceries over long distances. Simply walk in the front door and out the back door onto the beach.

The complex itself offers a large pool adjacent to the beach, along with a tennis court and BBQ facilities. Its unbeatable location ensures minimal traffic and proximity to local shops, restaurants, and other amenities, accessible by driving, cycling, or walking.

RULES for DOG: Small pet dog is welcome, provided it’s under 20 lbs, adhering to strict condo rules. A nightly fee applies for the dog included in your booking. For those wishing to bring a dog, an additional fee of $50/night is required. Please inform us in advance to include this in your reservation.

All rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel for any reason up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 100% full refund. While renovations are underway in other parts of Loggerhead Cay and on Sanibel Island, you will still have full access to the pool and beach, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and uninterrupted.

Lovely modern condo with a great location

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It’s nicely furnished and in a great location! Being able to walk right out to the beach was so nice. Definitely would rent it again!

Excellent property!!!

The condo was as described, very close to the beach making it easy to go in and out, the pool area was very well equiped with very comfortable chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Anything you need at home in the kitchen,baths and bedding they provided and all in excellent condition.The area is pretty much back to normal, many restaurants to choose from and activities.Comunication with Paul was excellent when needed during stay. Will definitely be back soon.

We had an incredible multigenerational trip at the condo. We whole heartedly recommend the condo for cleanliness and location. It is well appointed and the beach access to amazing shelling is steps away. I love the location with regards to the complex because you are not sandwiched between units. We could not ask for a more perfect situation.

Fantastic Condo!

Loggerhead Cay 101 is a beautiful condo, steps from the beach. Everything is new and beautiful. The property manager is available to answer any questions and to help if a problem arises. I look forward to staying again!

Best Beach Condo on Sanibel

Dave's place is great. Right on the beach, parking right out front and handy to get anywhere on the Island. Ground level and going out the back door to the beach is sweet. We hit the polar vortex week so it was chilly, but still a great stay and glad to have such a great place to hang out. Thanks Dave (and thanks for the heads up on our car!) D-

Best Sanibel stay ever

This unit was perfect! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and ground floor accessibility. This was the best unit we have stayed in so far on Sanibel, we hope to come back soon.

Awesome Condo!

This place was amazing. Super clean, fully renovated so everything is new and the beach is out the back door. Front parking right by the condo. Had everything you could possible Ned or want. The property manager was great and addressed our needs which were very few, actually only one! Will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot

The property was newly renovated and had everything needed. The views were excellent and overall a great place to vacation. A very nice extra was beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon! We had a wonderful time looking for shells, relaxing at the beach and pool, biking around the island, and eating great food from various restaurants. So glad to see Sanibel starting to rebound from Hurrican Ian! This is our favorite Florida vacation destination and we will be back!!

Great Location

Due to the hurricane this unit is completely brand new. Very clean. Great location. Ground floor unit and parking spot is very close. Cold AC, huge tv in living room. Master bedroom has very nice memory foam mattress. No complaints. We would stay again!

Family Winter Fun

What a great escape! Went in December and enjoyed every minute. Views are impossible to beat, the place was very clean and dog friendly. We had paddle boards that were easy to get to the beach and keep outside the condo. Great family memories 💕

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay. The unit was the cleanest we have ever stayed in which was very important to both of us. We didn’t cook or really use the kitchen, but it had a keurig and a drip coffee maker which was a plus. The unit itself had very comfortable furniture, and the king bed was wonderful. We would love to come back next year!

Sanibel Island is back!We are long-time, full-time Florida Residents and we decided to treat ourselves to a week in Sanibel. We were not disappointed. Business is thriving on the island—and in a good way! There are some signs of re-building, but the overall attitude on Sanibel is one of welcoming regrowth.
That being said, this condo has all the earmarks of a perfect location to enjoy a quiet week on Sanibel. We were able to make our own meals with ease, enjoy the privacy of the unit and the lovely beach—but also venture out and sample the many choices of cuisine that Sanibel AND Captiva have to offer.I must add that for those of you that enjoy beach “toys,” there are plenty at the condo. Do check what’s there before you spend money on said items. Short list as of the date of this review: Chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, boogie boards, two oversized ring floats and plenty of towels.Best of all, this condo is on the ground floor — which means that you have easy access to load in and out, as well as direct and easy access to the nice beach that this property faces. Distance from Lanai screen door to water-line is about 100 steps or so. Also, when relaxing on the couch after a day on the beach, you can still enjoy a view of the Gulf. Mornings are especially serene while enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee! Dave (owner), and especially Paul (manager) were both very attentive and communicative before and during our stay. We highly recommend this condo! Enjoy!

Paradise Getaway!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly left, our stay was perfect. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing week to cook in, watch a movie and sleep soundly but the most spectacular bonus is the view of the beach and proximity which is literally steps away! There are beach chairs an umbrella and beach towels available to use and all the kitchen items you need if you want to cook at home. The condo is very clean and quiet and feels like a private residence - we forgot we were staying in a larger complex! We loved our stay here and are already planning our visit for next year!

Excellent Beachfront Location

You know you had a great vacation when you did not want to leave. This condo sits steps from the beach and has a nice beach view from the spacious living room. We felt right at home in this tastefully decorated and clean condo. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, floats etc). It was great to have your own parking spot right in front of the condo to bring in groceries. Loggerhead Cay is a beautifully maintained condominium with a nice pool and clubhouse. It is a great place to stay and pet friendly too!

We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs and the high chair for our little one was great! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Convenient with beautiful view

The views from 101 were amazing and being on the first floor with a furry friend was certainly convenient. Steps away from the ocean was just awesome! The condo was very clean. We appreciated having umbrella, chairs, and beach wagon to use for beach time. The pool area was lovely and the bathrooms for the pool area were convenient once we discovered them. As much as we enjoyed our stay, it's hard to say anything negative. The condo could use a little updating but we would certainly return. Also, make sure you bring bug spray. However, I did see a Pest control company spraying on multiple occasions outside, thankfully. Dave was quick to respond with any questions we had and was super easy to work with. Thank you for a memorable first trip to Sanibel Island. Shelling on The Gulf certainly didn't disappoint. We will be back again! P.S. Thank you for the welcome kit! Very nice.

Sanibel has our hearts and Loggerhead Cay 101 was the best stay! We will for sure be back!

Upon booking I was anxious as I had never been to Sanibel before and knew Ian was still something folks were recovering from. Our flight also was not arriving until very late and I knew we wouldn’t arrive at the condo until after midnight. I messaged the owner and they responded very quickly that check in would be no problem as there is a door code they would issue me. Check in, in fact was no problem at all. Since we arrived so late, we had no idea what views we would awake to. The views from the main living area, kitchen and master bedroom are amazing. The pictures really cannot do it he condo justice. The beach is right out the back door with direct access to an outdoor shower and washing station. The unit came with everything that we could possibly need. The umbrellas, beach towels and chairs are used every day. We used the cooler a few days, but since we were so close to the beach it was not needed that often. It also came in handy when we went out on a boat excursion with Captain Randy at Tween Waters Marina, shelling and dolphin and manatee watching. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The unit came with a little welcome basket that contained dish soap, a sponge, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and a welcome note with instructions. The property manager, Paul, was extremely accommodating and stopped by to thank us. For a place that has been through so much devastation, the gratitude and kindness they gave was unwavering.

A Hosts -- David and Paul were excellent hosts. Communication was fast and friendly. The condo has been professionally renovated. Air Conditioning works great; beds are comfy, new stainless appliances with filtered water and ice on the fridge. New washer and dryer, massive super UHD TV with your favorite streaming apps. It just felt like home. Parking is the very first space outside the door which makes the load-in and load-out super easy. We look forward to returning soon.

Amazing Spot

Pictures don't do it justice! Condo was perfect! Bigger and more beautiful in person. Location in regards to beach, pool, and parking could not have been more perfect especially for my elderly mother who traveled with us.
Freaky coyote out during the day right by the condo! Added plus to our wildlife viewing.

Beach Condo

Condo was great. Location, location, location! First floor condo was wonderful for unloading our car and for carrying items to and from the beach. The pool is also fantastic and close to this unit. Paul, the maintenance person, was quick to help us with small problems.
