Loggerhead Cay #252 is a beautiful and comfortably decorated 2 bedroom gulf-side condo is located only minutes away from the causeway for easy on and off island access. The open floor plan leads to a screened lanai that offers a view of the landscaped courtyard, the pool and the paved walkway to an unbelievably gorgeous beach on the Gulf – only a couple minutes stroll! Updated kitchen and bathrooms and crown moldings add to the charm of this unique unit. The complex is steps away from entry to miles of bike paths accessing wildlife preserve, shops, restaurants and numerous beaches. Lock in your consecutive weeks now while you can, as this lovely unit will book fast.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 1 Queen bed & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 5), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Pets Considered (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions). This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

I would recommend to either bring or rent bikes for the whole stay - biking is the best way to explore the island, plus will save you lots of money for parking at the beaches (5$/h).

About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo had a nice closet next door that had chairs/beach equipment, even a bike.

Always love our Sanibel Vacations for past 10 years. Nice location! The dishwasher has some issues…unable to use because of black crud came in as being used! Noticed this was mentioned earlier and the problem was never fixed?!! Crud possibly backup from garbage disposal?!? Needs urgent attention!!!

Our only complaint was our arthritic backs every morning after sleeping on the soft King mattress. It really needs replaced. We need a firm mattress. We’d stay there again if it weren’t for our achey backs.

Great complex to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice unit with lots of extra's needed for your stay. Kitchen well stocked and beach towels and sand cart for bringing your things to the beach. This unit has a patio table and chairs on the lanai which we like and a drying rack in a closet for hanging wet towels etc. It has a very nice pool and lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.More restaurants opening as time goes on. Some favorites to us are Sanibel Grill, Doc Fords, Island Pizza and The Shack for ice cream and great hotdogs. Nice gas grill area to do your dinners.

Carpet was worn, furniture has wear stains, laminate on cabinets were pealing off, dirt ring on washer agitator, oily residue in dishwasher, hair in shower drain. Cleanness was a concern.

Longerhead 252

The condo was just as advertised. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We especially liked the rental company - they were very easy to work with and very helpful. We rented this condo for three weeks and had a great time. It was sunny and 80 just about every day. We would rent this condo again.

Beautiful area

We loved the property. A few minor issues with mattresses, pillows and lighting but overall a lovely place. Quick access to pool and a gorgeous beach.

The shower doors don't close properly, seems like you're always struggling to keep them closed. The recliner was broken also, couldn't recline in it. Other than those minor things, we had a good experience.

Great time at Loggerhead 252!

We had such a great family vacation at this condo. It seem the owners thought of everything needed! Beach towels, toys, chairs umbrella and wagon to haul it in. Furniture was all very comfortable except the master bed was a little uncomfortable. Not horrible though! I've slept on much worse. Beautiful courtyard and walk to the ocean. If you're looking for a nice place to vacation with family on Sanibel, you won't go wrong booking this condo. Overall, very satisfied and great memories made!

Very clean and accommodating

We very much appreciated the fan in the closet to use if needed (we always sleep with a fan) the beach towels in the room were a huge help as we only brought 1, the WiFi and viewing options for the TVs are great ( we have a 2 yo who loves his YouTube🤦🏻‍♀️) Very nicely maintained, lots of surface space, and any kitchen appliance/gadget you’ll ever need!

The grounds were also very well-maintained and pristine. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and we found amazing shells. The pool looked great but we were more interested in spending all of our time at the beach. We rented bikes and enjoyed the paths around Sanibel. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location was awesome and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
