Summary:
Enjoy your vacation in style and luxury, soaking in the pristine condition of this spacious 1440 sq. ft, 2/2, Residence with Wrap Around Patio and Remodeled Interior. This beautifully decorated and appointed residence is located within Sanibel`s Esteemed Island Beach Club community, known to be one of the best on island. Comfortably situated on the third floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) with a partially wrapped patio, fantastic gulf views abound from almost every inch of this property.
The Space:
Welcome to Island Beach Club 340B- In terms of layout, the master quarters are enormous and appointed with a large king bed and en suite bathroom, featuring dual vanities and a renovated shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. For additional capacity, guests will find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the guest bedroom and living room share access to a hallway full bathroom, featuring a renovated walk in shower and single vanity. For additional convenience, guests will most certainly also enjoy the oversized laundry room, located adjacent to the kitchen. This residence is 1,440 square feet in size, making it one of the largest floor plans of any two bedroom condo on the island (more than 40% larger than Loggerhead or Pointe Santo units). Please note- Guests may notice construction and amenity closure during their stay, as Island Beach Club continues its recovery from Hurricane Ian in 2022. Please inquire with us for information on availability of pool and other amenities including elevators, grills, and more.
This property is pet friendly for dogs less than 25lbs. Pets must be approved on a reservation by reservation basis, please inquire with us prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Guests will have access to onsite amenities including pool, recreation area, grills, shuffleboard, and more!
***Please note amenity availability is subject to change as Island Beach Club reopens its amenities including pool, grills, shuffleboard, and more. As of August 2025 all of these amenities are still closed for construction***

In terms of location, Island Beach Club is central to all Sanibel has to offer, including Jerry's supermarket, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach!

We recommend rental bikes or a car to get around during your stay

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The contents of this agreement will be sent immediately upon reserving this unit in eSign format to your e-mail and through booking channel, if applicable.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests with ample space for privacy and tranquility.
