First, let me say I charge less because this is not my primary business, I enjoy doing it, and I want to make it affordable for everyone. My goal is for every guest to have a wonderful getaway.

I personally make sure that every guest is pleased, and am readily available when needed.

The property has been totally rebuilt due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts and pickleball courts are new and open.

This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.

This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in.

A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.

Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.

Fantastic condo and even better host

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had upon arriving was some uncleanliness of the floors. The owner was very responsive and apologetic in regard to this. Overall, we were very happy and would stay again!

Beautiful location

Sanibel is absolutely stunning the property had direct beach access. Could have done with more hand soap and paper towels on site. Everything else was just great!

Relaxing stay in Sanibel

The unit was very clean and filled with amenities. The beds were comfortable. Parking was plentiful and the property has easy access to the beach. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Great property & gracious hosts

We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided a helpful list of recommendations in the area. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful . Owners were awesome... very helpful with any issues. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay there again. Only issue was little hike to the beach but they had wagon to carry your stuff

Loggerhead Cay, and this condo specifically, were perfect for our Sanibel vacation. We were steps from the pool and beach. The grounds are planted beautifully with colorful flowers. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. And the owner was super helpful and and informative. We would love to rent this place again.

Just what we expected, great! Our condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Steve was a perfect host.Even with all the rain we still enjoyed our trip. We loved The Magic Bus. Great latte’s, ice cream & smoothies! We went several times! Jerry’s grocery always everything we need. And Doc Ford’s was delicious! We rented bikes and were able to get several rides in before & after the rain. We can’t wait to return to see more progress on our fave island. Thank you Steve & Wanda for your beautiful condo!

Sparkling Spot in Sanibel

I can't say enough about this place in Sanibel. It's exactly as it's pictured online. Lovely, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated ... it's clear Steve and Wanda really love this condo and work hard to maintain it. We enjoyed being on the ground level for easy coming and going to the beach. No stairs to carry our beach gear up and down - very easy to wheel the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler down to the beach in the wagon. They've thought of and provided everything! The condo complex is very well maintained; grounds are well kept. Appreciate Steve's responsiveness when we mentioned the nearby construction during our stay. He looked into it and got right back to us. We would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we're planning on it!

Clean and comfortable, but far from beach and lacking in basic necessities.

We found the unit to be clean and well cared for but lacking in some basic necessities. The carpet, kitchen and bathrooms have been updated but the furniture is outdated. Although some kitchen utensils provided where the "icing on the cake", such as a cocktail shaker and espresso maker, the kitchen didn't even have a basic cookie sheet or one "sharp" knife. It would have been nice to know that the coffee maker was actually a Keurig. We purchased ground coffee with the rest of our groceries before we arrived and there wasn't an adapter provided for the Keurig, so our coffee purchase was a waste. We won't kid you, the unit is far from the beach, just the reality. We are fit and active but it was a haul lugging stuff to the beach everyday. In fairness to the owners, the rent reflected that, so we can't complain. We would advise the owners provide a beach cart. Also, the umbrella's are very small, as are the beach chairs and we are small people. Overall, we think the rent we paid was on par with the location and the quality of the accommodation, so it was a wash. The owners were a little too excited and overzealous, having received probably 5 emails from them during the rental/stay, we found that a little invasive and annoying, as well as the very specific instructions for laundering their linens upon departure, don't recall that being the case with other units we have rented. We would stay again if no other units were available closer to the beach or more upscale for our desired dates.

We have been coming to Sanibel for over 20 years, and simply love it. We made the annual (sometimes twice) trek from our home in Ohio. Our first stay at Loggerhead Cay was in February, 2017. It is by far our favorite resort, our best stay! We closed on our condo on May 1, 2017.

The grounds are extremely well kept, the walks and parking lots are pavers, the pool is in a beautiful setting surrounded by palms. The beach is a very short walk, no streets to cross. Every amenity is well done, tops. The Condo Association board maintains tight standards, which keeps Loggerhead Cay highly desirable.

Why they chose this property

Aside from being first class in every respect, the access to Loggerhead Cay avoids to heavy traffic on Periwinkle. You simply cross Periwinkle, head straight for the gulf beach, and one right turn gets you to Loggerhead Cay.

What makes this property unique

If you are into relaxing on the beach or around the pool, you found the right place! Loggerhead is extremely well kept, a short drive to several great restaurants and shopping.

In addition to the complex, I personally go out of the way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I am always available, and check in to make sure your needs are met.
