Welcome to our brand new first floor condo that is available for rental. We are still adding a few touches to the unit with pictures and few more rugs.

Sanibel Island is a beachcombers dream and a perfect destination for your next vacation. It offers sun drenched days, miles of white sandy beaches, warm calm breezes, and dazzling sunsets. This tropical escape located on the Gulf of Mexico offers you fun, sun and shelling in a relaxing atmosphere. The slow pace on the island will allow you to unwind and refresh in the tropical paradise. This condo is centrally located on the island and Sanibel Siesta is on the beach! Tiki bar located next to the Sanibel Resort which has a full service restaurant and bar.

Master King Bedroom with walk- in closet, flat screen TV, full bathroom with tile, glass enclosed shower and quartz double sink counter tops. Master bedroom has its own private lanai with outdoor love seat, side table and ceiling fan. Your beautiful view overlooks the lush tropical gardens and a small view of the Gulf of Mexico. The two twin bedroom has a large closet, flat screen TV. Full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with quartz counter top with single sink.

The fully stocked kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and island bar seating to enjoy your favorite meal. The new stove has a air fryer too! The open concept of the condo has a dining room with seating for four and the living room has couch, chair, flat screen TV, games, for your relaxation after a fun filled day!

The second large screen lanai is off the dining and living room with views of the tropical gardens, pool and the walkway to the beach which is steps away!!

For your relaxation and enjoyment the lanai has ceiling fan, lounger with side table, bar chairs and table and chairs for four. The condo is fully equipped for your stay! We supply hair dryer, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach cart, pool and beach toys.

The brand new heated pool is located within one minute walk from the condo, so grab a book, take dip, sunbath or take a nap under one of the shady palm huts. There are temporary restrooms until the new ones are built. The laundry facility is located by the pool. If you would like to have some additional fun, play a game of corn hole.

Walk across the street and golf at the beautiful 18-hole Beach View Country Club Discover some beautiful shells while strolling on the white sandy beach. Enjoy dining at restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Like shopping? You will enjoy shopping for unique arts, clothing and jewelry on Sanibel/Capitva Island. Walk, bike or inline skate the many miles of scenic paths starting from your condos front door! Visit Tarpon Bay Marina and enjoy the scenic beauty of Sanibel Island by kayak, paddle board or a canoe. Take a tour of Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and take in some of the most breathtaking features of the Island. Love shelling? Then you must visit Bailey Matthews Shell Museum with over a third of the worlds total shell specimens.

Great stay

We chose this condo to visit after a week in Disney. We loved the quiet vibe of Sanibel Island and the fact that this condo was steps to the beach. Will visit again

Sanibel Siesta

Our family of 4 had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed for two young kids. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The grounds were well maintained, and the staff was super friendly. We would love to come back!

Nice but not ocean view

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean, quiet and comfortable. It appears to be brand new inside, likely a complete renovation. It is advertised as “ocean view” which, to be kind, is quite a stretch. At least not at all what I had hoped for when booking the stay. On that basis, I do not think that we got near the value we expected.

Great Spring Break Destination

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well equipped. There was even a little ice cream social at the pool the last day of our stay. Sanibel is coming back after the storms. Not all of the businesses were back open yet but a good portion were and more are opening eah week. The Sanibel Captive Chamber is great reference fr what's open. The only thing is be sure to bring bug spray with deet. My daughter and I got nailed by the no-see-ems.

A beautiful, clean, quiet and family friendly stay

We had a great time staying at this property. The host was responsive and the property was clean and as pictured. The unit is just steps from the pool but it was not at all loud. It's also just a short walk down to the beach and thanks to the wagon and sand toys provided, we could easily get our kids back and forth to the beach in minutes. The views from the lanais are of the road and office building but our kids were entertained by the friendly staff and it was what we had expected.

annual Sanibel trip

The property listing is very accurate. It was our first time at Sanibel Siesta at the Beach. We have stayed on Sanibel for 15 years—but Ian destroyed the place we use to stay at. Luckily we found Maria’s condo. It has been totally redone top to bottom. It is a first floor unit with a view of the pool. The whole complex has recovered from Ian—beautiful pool, lovely beach connected to the property. Sanibel is recovering—a good number of restaurants and shops are back. Bike paths are great—was wonderful to be back

Amazing

Beautiful condo within steps of the beach. Condo had all we needed and there was even beach chairs and toys for kids. The beach is gorgeous with tons of seashells. Check-in and out was easy. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay. Only one thing that could have made it better- more comfortable seating in the family room. Just so we could sit together and watch movies on rainy afternoons. But all and all in was a great place to stay! Great location, easy access to the beach and very clean. Definitely would stay here again!

Sanibel beach view condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is newly renovated and well appointed, with bright, cheerful decor and very well-equipped kitchen. Just a few steps to the beach, in a prime location, within short drive of some wonderful restaurants. The owners were quick to communicate with us, answer our questions and make us feel very welcome. Wonderful hosts!

Sanibel siesta.

The condo was very nicely renovated after the storm. Would have preferred to be a little closer to the beach but only a short walk. Unfortunately you have a great view of the office trailer right outside of the rear Lani. Hopefully the trailer is a temporary situation due to hurricane.

Sanibel condo

The condo was as per the listing. Some of the kitchen items (pots & pans, knives) could be replaced but all in all we had what was needed. The keys were hard to use and lock box was difficult to open. When reporting an issue with the garbage disposal I was contacted back quickly with resolution. Nice place and enjoyed our stay!!

Anniversary Trip

This was out 26 year anniversary trip. We had a great time and loved the condo. It was mostly as indicated. It was clean and condo grounds were beautiful. Close to the beach! The check-in process was little confusing, but nothing you can't over come. Luckily a lady was walking by and told us where the key was. Additionally, it was like an Easter egg hunt looking for all the towels, linens, etc. Recommend the owner label some of the closets and/or provide some written instructions upon check-in.

Good Location By the Beach

This is a good location - the condo itself is about one block from the beach, while the entirety of the property sits on the beach. It is close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was nice to be located so close to the beach, as parking for the general public seemed to be pretty difficult around the island due to the masses of people who come here. The condo was pretty clean and nicely decorated. It was nice that there were beach toys left for the kiddos, however, the wagon was rusted through and unusable, and some of the beach chairs were difficult to use due to rust. This is also probably the only condo unit on the property without any view except of the parking lot by the office. There were always lots of workers and vehicles right next to the living room lanai, so we were subjected to their noise or conversations if we wanted to sit outside while they were there. The biggest issue we had is the place was very musty smelling. I would recommend management place a dehumidifier in the unit Overall, this is a nice place and there is on-site management, so I would recommend it.

Could have been better

Condo was smaller and dated. The master bathroom area with the toilet and shower was tiny. I can see where a larger person would have trouble getting in/out of the room. The double sink area was nice. Walk-in closet with a supply closet off of it. Owner states to only use bath towels in the bath area and beach towels only at the pool and beach. I can usually tell the difference between the two types, but, in this case, I couldn't and things were not labeled. Glad we brought our own. The master bed was uncomfortable and wobbly. Pillows were flat and could definitely use updating. If you are used to sleeping with 2 pillows, bring your own. The master lanai was spacious, had a view of the street, and was a collection point for beach accessories. The owner does supply umbrella and chairs and a cart. A few toys were spotted, along with tubes and pool noodles. There were 2 good umbrellas, but someone should take out all the broken stuff. The second bedroom beds were also uncomfortable and wobbly. The 2nd bathroom seemed nice and is bigger than the master. The dining room and living room are dated but decorated simply. The receiver for the tv needed to constantly be reset.. The kitchen has most of what you need. The main lanai was also spacious, with a view of the main parking lot. The parking space for the condo is in a tight corner spot for our truck. Not impossible, but tight. The walk to the beach is easy and there are several paths you can take. The stations to rinse yourself and stuff after the beach are not within the immediate area of the condo or the main path to the condo. There was road construction going on in the immediate area and all the asphalt trucks parked on the property. The office on site is only concerned about the parking space registration. Everything else relating to this condo is a completely separate property manager who is not on site. We could hear all of our neighbors. Several families would play loud music on their balconies. Several were yelling at their kids. We could hear every time someone actually urinated. Not just the flushing of the toilet. Understandably, the owner would like guests to clean up after themselves, to include vacuuming. This is impossible with the supplied vacuum since it is missing a wheel. We also discovered the kitchen sink leaked into a bucket underneath. This is also where additional cleaning supplies are kept. Overall, we were very disappointed.

This condo was super nice. Very clean and 2 screened in lanais. The beach was about 200 ft from the condo making beach access a breeze. The landscaping and pool was beautiful. I certainly would stay at this condo again and the owner was very easy to communicate with. John that works on the grounds was very polite, helpful and accommodating. He is an asset to the community. 45 mins from the airport and the restaurants that were open were delicious. Make sure to take your No See Um spray because in October they were pretty fierce. Clean beach with tons and tons of beautiful shells. Sunsets are beautiful as well.

Our stay was amazing. Quick, easy check-in process, the condo was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Everything we could have needed was included - even bug spray for the no-see-ums (which we didn't find until after we had purchased a spray made by a local woman.) Would definitely recommend to family & friends - would also stay again.

Our family has celebrated birthdays and our anniversary this particular week for about 40 consecutive years except 2023 due to Ian. Our entire family was able to come for our 50th anniversary and my youngest daughter stayed at this unit. It was perfect for our needs as she was not sure she could make it but found this condo right next door to where we were staying. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished. The pool and common areas were quite nice; one of only a few resorts whose landscaping is over 95% complete. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and permitted me early access to place food in my daughter’s condo. Very accommodating. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Nice family vacation

Nicely decorated and well supplied. Wish that it truly had a beach view. Nice pool and landscaping. Short walk to the beach and nice availability of beach toys for our use. Nonfunctioning dishwasher not resolved during our stay. Sanibel was great.

Excellent location and newly renovated

The condo has prime location to the beach and has been newly renovated with beautiful decor. My only complaint is no hot water at the kitchen sink to do dishes and the dishwasher did not function. I did communicate this to the owner 2 days into my stay and left a note before I left that these were still problems at the end of my vacation. Otherwise, highly recommend this condo for a beach vacation stay.
