The condo offers a large open floor plan, a fully appointed kitchen that was updated in 2025, and wonderful on-site amenities including 600 feet of pristine beachfront and a new beautiful pool & spa and so much more!

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms + den / 2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, & 2 sleeper sofas (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & hot tub, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
