The property was really close to the beach and it was nice that chairs were there to use. We could have used more washcloths and the chairs in the living room were not comfortable.

The beach was a lot further than described, the view was not good -street side and parking area for construction and cleaner staff. We could not use the screen porches as we planned. Parking issues were resolved, the swimming pool closed early without notice or communication. The inside of the unit was beautiful and comfortable. The beach shells were awesome and we enjoyed the beach tools. The unit was very clean and quiet on the inside.

Thank you for the rental and happy to hear you enjoyed the condo. I am sorry you did not use the lanai's, they are beautiful with plenty of outdoor furniture. The walk is less than two minutes to the beach and the pool is less than one minute. We supply a beach cart to tote all the beach gear to the beach. The association is finishing the office and there is still a little construction left with landscaping and adding the new grills which should be completed in next few weeks. I am unaware of the pool closing early one day, we have set times for owners and guest which is dust to dawn. Parking was different for your arrival due to a vendor in our guest spot which was out of my control and resolved quickly for you. We appreciate the review and the kind words about our condo! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated & roomy. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glassware & utensils. The beds were comfy & linens were cozy.There was no beach view, but it was a short walk to the pool & beach. The view of the condo office trailer was unwelcome. Hopefully, the new office construction will be completed soon.

The property is just as described. The beach is just steps away. The kitchen has everything needed to cook in. The decor is beautiful and the unit is immaculate. The only downside is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit, but there are laundry facilities on the property. Overall it’s perfect. I just want to add that our host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Check-in and check out was seamless. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our stay was amazing. Quick, easy check-in process, the condo was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Everything we could have needed was included - even bug spray for the no-see-ums (which we didn't find until after we had purchased a spray made by a local woman.) Would definitely recommend to family & friends - would also stay again.
