Parking from the beach wasn't adequately described. The owners supplied umbrella and chairs, and a wagon. The wagon doesn't travel well in the sand. The tires are designed to work on paved or solid surface.

Great Condo

We chose this condo because it was close to the beach. It was clean and fresh. We loved the kitchen! The photos were very accurate. It was a quiet building with lots of beach supplies ( chairs, umbrellas, etc). We would definitely stay here again. Sanibel is a very special place!!!

Awesome Everything!

We loved our stay at 253 Loggerhead Cay! The condo was very spacious, clean, and quiet - and had everything we needed for the week. Great kitchen, and the roomy balcony was our go-to for morning coffee and generally hanging out. The pool was fantastic, lovely water temperature and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Such a quick and easy stroll to the beach, which was never crowded. We really enjoyed the Tommy Bahama beach chairs.Can't recommend this place enough. We'll definitely return on any future trips to Sanibel!

Upfront rental info incomplete

Because Sanibel boasts of 25 miles of bike trails we brought our pedal assist e-bikes. On our second day there we received a phone call telling us that we could not keep very expensive bikes in our room because of fire hazard. Offered to remove batteries and keep in car but was then told that technically e-bikes are not even allowed on property. Never told this in advance.
