This gorgeous, newly remolded home is located right on the beach. This is a private two story house with each level being an individual home with its own deck. This is the top level which provides incredible beach views with Floor to Ceiling Windows across the entire front of the house. Updates in all the common living areas include: new floors, paint, furniture, appliances, and electronics.

The home comes fully furnished with all the necessities for a relaxing and pleasurable vacation. Includes an elevator from ground level that takes you up to steps away from the front door access to the home. The elevator is located in the covered parking area directly under the home and there is additional outside area for more parking.

If you’re looking to take a break from the beach, there is a spacious deck for sunbathing, gathering for happy hour and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. There are two sitting rooms for your enjoyment. The first provides stunning views of the beach and the ocean where you can sit and gaze or enjoy conversation. The second overlooks the deck and the north side of the beach and includes a large smart TV.

The accommodation includes three bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet with safe and private bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed with an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with an attached full bathroom. Bath towels and bed linens are provided.

Fully equipped cooks’ kitchen with convection oven, Vitamix blender, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), toaster, (all gadgets exist here). You can make or bake anything in this kitchen.
Fully equipped laundry room with washer/dryer, folding table, hanger bar, ironing board and iron. Complementary hypoallergenic laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Activities and Attractions:
On The widest part (Southern end of the Island) of the white sugar beach! Parasailing, jet skiing, fishing, are all available on the beach. Time square is approx. 3.5 miles by trolley or bike! If you love fishing, you can charter a boat and captain for a half or full day at sea.
There are over 65 golf courses all within an hour’s drive from the beach.
The Key West Express offers service from Fort Myers Beach to Key West. Departs Fort Myers Beach in the morning and leaves Key West in the evening for a one-day round trip of fun.
Located just over the bridge to the south is Lover's Key, one of the most beautiful nature preserves in the state.
Nearby, Fort Myers is host to the Thomas Edison Winter Home. Mr. Edison's home laboratory is just as he left it 75 years ago and directly across the street is the Henry Ford Estate. Both are available for touring.
Also nearby, shopping, shopping, shopping! Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, Shops at Waterside, Edison Mall, Miromar and Tanger Outlet Malls.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Requests for booking options deferring from this are not often accepted especially during the winter months. They will be considered on an individual basis, not guaranteed, and may result in an extra fee.

RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.

Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.

RELEASE
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guests agree to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.
