Welcome to the newly renovated Cozy Cottage. This home provides privacy and space with a 2 bed 2 bath main house and a 1 bed 1 bath cottage directly behind the main house. It has a spacious open floor plan with all new furnishings throughout. A well-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar for your breakfast or lunch, cozy living room, and spacious dining area gives you all the comforts of home. Unwind with a king bed and ensuite in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the main house to sleep 6. Venture outside to the beautiful pool that features a spill over spa and plenty of space to lounge in the sun. On the other side of the pool sits the guest cottage above the garage.
