Fantastic waterfront home with private luxury pool home on canal with bay views, boat docking, huge lanai and deck areas in the highly desired Time Square area of Fort Myers Beach! Located on a large lot with direct access to the back bay waters!

This 3 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has many upgrades throughout including large windows for lots of natural sunlight, wood style flooring in the main living area, crown molding and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home including upgraded designer cabinets and appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar.

The upper level of the property is the King master bedroom area with water views, private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, ensuite bathroom and bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. There is a lower level bathroom with shower near the pool entrance door and a sleeper sofa.

Other amenities this property includes are WIFI, towels and linens, beach equipment, large grill and outdoor seating. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. Coastal Breeze was prompt to respond to inquiries. The view is one of the better ones that you will get. The pool is larger than most. You can easily walk to all the businesses on the island. We will definitely be looking to book this house again.

Bayside Paradise is Paradise!

From the moment you arrive and start exploring, you quickly get that luxury feeling. High ceilings, wide stairways, top appliances, oversized rooms, bedrooms w/on-suite bathroom, large heated outdoor pool and a fabulous harbor and canal view! Three of us couples stayed for a week and all loved it! Area is private, short walk to beach with supplied beach items and easy walk to downtown. We found the kitchen well equipped, with very comfy beds & linens and towels. Coastal Breeze Vacation Rentals worked with us on parking and was quick to respond to all our communication including. We highly recommend staying here!

Bayside Paradise was a beautiful waterfront spot with a private pool and great bay views. The deck and lanai were perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was modern and well-equipped. A great choice for anyone who loves boating and the beach.

The home was clean. There is room for improvement regarding the kitchen and supplies. Needs more dish drying towels and cloths. They're also needed to be a bathroom garbage can in each bathroom which there wasn't. Having the barbecue grill on the second level would be easier as the kitchen is on the second level so to have to go down when your barbecuing is a very inconvenient. Also having more pots and pans as there was no big enough pot to cook spaghetti. The location was great. The pool was wonderful.
