OUTDOORS:
Our property sits just 200 yards from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The back yard is a private outdoor oasis with full sun throughout the day and a heated pool surrounded by palm trees. Lounge on a chaise and enjoy a book while the kids swim the day away! Upstairs you’ll also find a fully screened lanai with outdoor loveseat and dining table to enjoy family meals with views of the Gulf!

BEDROOMS
Salty Air Retreat offers sleeping accommodations for up to 8 with owner’s suite and one queen bedroom located upstairs and a queen bedroom and twin trundles downstairs.
*Owner’s suite includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet
*Second bedroom upstairs and third bedroom downstairs feature queen beds and Smart TVs
*Downstairs living area includes twin daybed and twin trundle

LIVING SPACES
Salty Air Retreat is perfect for family vacations and couples' retreats - with two spacious living areas there’s room for everyone.
*Upstairs main living area is open concept with living rooms, dining room and kitchen together. Living room features two full size couches, Smart TVs, and books & games for family fun!
* The lower level has a family room with SmartTV, kitchenette and pub table located directly off the pool area which also has a gas grill.

KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
Guests regularly compliment us on how well-stocked we keep our kitchen - we love to cook, so we outfitted it like home! You’ll find all that you need, from appliances & gadgets to cookware & serving dishes, to feed your whole crew!

Three full bathrooms include tile showers and a tub - 2 located upstairs and 1 downstairs.

*In-home washer and dryer is located on first floor and available for guest use; we provide laundry soap, bleach & dryer sheets. Interior entry from ground level.

From our ideal north-end location, take a quick walk north to Times Square for dining & activities or drive south to Lover’s Key Beach and beyond to Bonita Springs and Naples. From off-shore fishing excursions to boat & jet skiing rentals, kayaking nature tours, and even parasailing nearby, water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of adventures here! From Fort Myers Beach take a short drive or boat ride to Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Captiva Island and beyond.
