You get the entire home. Adorable and renovated including heated pool with an awesome back yard! 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plus sunroom in upper unit. This home is 2 units, there’s a 2 bed 1 bath in each unit. You can rent one unit or both. Here's the listing numbers for the first floor unit 1560705 and the second floor unit 1560697. This listing is to rent both units, the entire home that sleeps 8-10.

Location, Location, Location! One of the best locations to stay when visiting Fort Myers Beach! A quiet residential street within one block to main street Ft Myers Beach! Walking distance to EVERYTHING, beach, shops, restaurants, bars, Times Squares, Moss Marina, farmers markets and of course the most amazing sunsets you've ever seen! Only 100 yards to Moss Marina if you want to rent a boat or drop a kayak in the water. Walk to the beach and just chill or rent jet skies, go for a parasail ride, or walk and collect beautiful shells. You can always relax in the back yard with the awesome new pool and cook out on the grill and dine by the pool.

This home has ceramic plank tile floors, and is comfortably furnished. BOTH kitchens have new appliances and fixtures and comes with everything you need to prepare your meals at home or pool side. Each unit is equipped with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, just bring your own coffee. There’s dining space available inside and out. There's plenty of chairs around the pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy! There's super fast wi-fi, there's a TV in the living room and in each bedroom. Each bedroom offers 1 queen bed, TV and room to store your clothes and things. You also have your own private laundry room with free washer and dryer usage.

This cute, well appointed beach house has everything you need for a relaxing stay just minutes away from walking on the beach, including a pool. The house is a duplex with 2 beds, one bath on each level. We rented the whole house and both levels were nicely decorated and the bathrooms are all new. Would highly recommend. Walking distance to much near Times Square. Host is very responsive.

We had an amazing week. Our host Leah was so awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The location is absolutely perfect. You could walk everywhere and the wagons provided made the short walk to the beach and Time square easy. We rented both units and everything was new and very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great time!

We are all 40 plus so this was perfect for us, lots of space in the pool area for games, lounging and grilling. Walking distance to the boat we rented and lots of restaurants and bars. But also off the main drag so nice and quiet.

Amazing Location & pool

Wow! This place was everything we could have asked for and we had four couples staying. We were within a couple blocks of every restaurant or bar that we wanted to visit. The beach is a couple blocks away and time square was nice. We hit the tiki bar Friday night for some karaoke entertainment that didn’t disappoint! Leah the owner was great! She actually let us check in early and hang at the pool while she was still cleaning, which was above and beyond. We would have been happy with just dropping our bags off on back patio. Plus we asked her to have a drink with us when she was done, and she did and offered great suggestions of places to go. We went to key west last year and stayed on Duvall St right before the COVID outbreak and we all agreed that this was better! Thank you Leah! We would definitely return!!

Amazing Location!

I booked the entire home for 7 friends for a girls weekend! The location was great a 2-3 mini walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby and shopping! The location is really good and what is best about this vacation home! The home was clean too to bottom. Leah did an awesome job at assuring comfort and making sure there was plenty of extra finishing touches! Home was fully stocked with utensils (we forgot our corkscrew)! She had a blender for mixed drinks! Outside she had 8 or more beach chairs, a wagon, cooler bags… anything we needed for the beach was on the home! There was even after sun aloe in the home! She had literally anything we needed, extra shampoo, conditioner, dish liquid, garbage bags, laundry detergent…. She had it all! We loved our stay and would book again with no questions! Thank you Leah for opening your home to us ❤️

Nice location, cute place.

Location was great, walking distance to beach, restaurants/bars and shopping. We rented both the upper and lower unit. The layout was nice and the pool area was great! We only have a few complaints/suggestions. Cleaning needs to be done a little better everywhere and to the floors, they were very dirty to the point after one evening walking barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. Not sure what the smell was in the lower unit but gave us headaches and once outside our headaches went away. Need to fix that leaking kitchen sink, it’s gross having a dish pan catching the water and fix the upper bathroom shower handle, it’s very loose. I know dryers are expensive but to open the dryer with a pair of scissors is ridiculous and very dangerous. Last but surely not least, please buy slip covers for the furniture, We did not sit on the chairs or couches they were extremely dirty, you could see the worn in dirt especially on the red chairs in the upper unit.

I love being able to walk to everything, the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, the pier, the Big M marina to rent a boat if you want to go boating. Just the perfect location and such a super cute home with an excellent new heated pool. I love this house and you will too!
