We had a college roommate reunion at Tricia’s property. It was outstanding. We’re already planning on returning next year. The house was perfect for us—exactly as described and photographed. Tricia was the most responsive VRBO owner we’ve ever had. She answers questions and inquiries promptly. The bed linens and towels were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked. The seating inside and out was comfortable and handled the nine of us easily, as did the bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially loved the pool right off the living area—no steps to a pool on the ground floor. So we could all be together in the pool and on the deck furniture. I highly recommend this rental. As roommates and dear friends we have rented beach houses for 30 years. This is by far our favorite!!

Spectacular Views!

Our family of six adult children enjoyed spending Christmas in this spacious home. With five bedrooms, everyone had their own space, and the kitchen and living room area provided ample space for gatherings. The views, the pool, the beach--alll were spectacular! We wish we could live here!

Family Spring Break Vacation

This property worked very well for our family of 2 grandparents, 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious, the family room opening onto the deck and pool was wonderful! Beach access was perfect. We really enjoy cooking and kitchen is very well equipped with the grill on the deck a big plus. We loved evenings on the upper deck around the fire pit. This is a great property!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with amazing views of the gulf. Every bedroom was spacious. We rented this home for my 40th birthday and had a great time. We got a lot of use out of the wagon and beach supplies. It was so nice to be able to wash off our feet before going back upstairs. Pool was beautiful, clean, and perfect temperature (cool enough to cool ourselves off from the sun).

Incredible views and property!

The property was perfect for our family with young kids (1,3 and 5). With the pool being right outside the living room, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and the beach so close it was truly hard to leave to do anything else. The property was very clean and the host communicated promptly. Gulf coast sunsets are our favorite and watching from the top balcony with the fireplace was the cherry on top! We highly recommend!

An amazingly well kept, clean and luxurious property. Everything worked in the house. And, most importantly, it is directly on one of the world's best beaches. The ability for our family to come and go from the beach, hop in the pool, have a drink, work on a puzzle, read in the sun... time slowed down and we didnt need to rent a boat or go anywhere else. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed. Had steaks on the grill, baked potatoes, rolls, etc. one night inside at the dining room table. Ordered out and ate at the table outside another night. A big thanks to Tricia for answering questions promptly and professionally, and helping to make our stay one to remember.

Fabulous and refreshing stay for a group

This was an absolute dream property. Eight of our college roommates got together and no better home we could have been blessed with! The beds were comfy, it was immaculately clean- the view was jaw dropping. There was plenty of space to spread out, the black out curtains were amazing and we got fabulous sleep. There are tons of shops and restaurants within shopping distance. Something to note- plan to walk instead of drive a lot of places- traffic can be tricky. But so much to do within a short walk! This house sits directly on the water so we didn’t leave much- pool to shore to pool was our day!! Will definitely be coming again. It was a special place!! And the manager was super easy to reach!

This house has amazing access to the beach and beach life near by! The home is beautiful with exception views while in the one of kind pool. The main bedroom is outstanding with a balcony and views for life. There was more than enough space for six adults, three couples. We were able to come together in the spacious living areas but still have our own space, privacy.
