Escape to our comfortable, family-friendly beach house located on the quiet bayside of North Ocean City, just steps from everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Nestled between 139th and 141st Street off Coastal Highway, our home is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and local favorites like Harpoon Hanna’s, while still offering a peaceful neighborhood that’s perfect for families.

Our spacious home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds

The open-concept living area is perfect for spending time together after a day at the beach. Enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table that seats 4–6, plus a separate dining room with seating for six and expandable leaves for larger family meals.

Relax in the cozy living room with a Smart TV, or unwind in the bright sunroom featuring another Smart TV and access to a small back porch. For rainy days or family nights in, you’ll also find board games, puzzles, DVDs, and a stereo system with radio, CD player, and iPhone dock (adapter required).

The home includes two full bathrooms:

One with a bathtub
One with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower

Recent updates include new carpeting and flooring throughout the home, giving it a fresh and welcoming feel.

Amazing 4th of july vacation

We had a great stay at this rental property. The neighborhood is gorgeous, one neighbor even stopped by to say hello. The house was clean, beautifuly furnished and had everything we needed. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues with the rental during our stay. The property owner Bob was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Personally, I like that its close to CVS, Wawa and Food Lion, it made it easier to grab things as we needed them. Harpoon Hannahs is very close also and was a big hit for dinner one of our nights. The kids had a blast during this stay and loved the rental. (We heard a lot of "do we HAVE to go back? We love it here." from the two of them.) We would definitely book here again.

The house was very very clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. The wifi was easy to connect to but we could not figure out the tv. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We felt safe being on a girls trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place

This was a very nice place to stay. It’s away from all the hustle so it’s quiet and peaceful. The only negative I can give this place is that the floors were so dirty that when you showered you feet were black instantly. But would definitely stay again.

Bob was great with quick communication and on point with everything we needed for our trip. The loaction of the house was perfect for us. The house was great abd clean. The temperature in the home was perfect for it being so hot during our stay at the end of July. Some places its too warm and this place had no control AC unit which matters. Plenty of soace for us. We would rent here again.
