Hidden behind a grand dame this two story garden apartment been has completely renovated, including new hardwood floors throughout, a rejuvenated kitchen, freshly tiled bathrooms and even brand new ceilings.

Downstairs you will find a large living room with a seating area a writing desk, and dining room table and a well placed TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, a large pantry and a breakfast island. There is a half bath, a laundry closet and outside a deck with a gas grill.
