About this property

ESPLANADE BEACH SUITE

Enjoy unobstructed panoramic ocean views from our brand new waterfront, two bedroom, two bathroom, beach suite. Step out onto the Esplanade and indulge yourself in long walks on Willows Beach, Oak Bay's only white sand beach and the finest beach in all of Greater Victoria.

Cindy and I are passionate about developing unique waterfront properties and creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests. You can find reviews for our other waterfront property at VRBO Shawnigan Lake #720196.

Our Esplanade renovation was completed in December 2018 and boasts a 1400 square foot ground-level suite with a full custom kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and under cabinet lighting. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a three-piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The main three-piece bathroom includes a full-sized tub. Other amenities include a gas fireplace in the living room, heated tiled floors in the bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on providing an impeccably clean suite for our guests.

Our Esplanade Beach Suite is located on the waterfront in the exclusive township of Oak Bay, and is just a seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. We are only minutes away from waterfront dining at the Marina Restaurant, the Penny Farthing Pub in Oak Bay Village, the Village Restaurant in Estevan Village, an amazing children's park on Willows Beach, and two world class golf courses.

Cindy and I live on the upper floor of the house, and are available to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure that your needs are met during your stay.

Parking and high speed internet access included. Maximum four occupants. No smoking and no pets.

***Jan-May and Oct-Dec, minimum 2 night stay
***Jun-Aug, minimum 3 night stay

Very immaculate property inside and out. Having the beach and ocean view makes this a very quiet and peaceful place. Trying to see much of Victoria and Vancouver Island in two days detracts from the time in the unit but the beach walk is worth the time.

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment suite in a beautiful and quiet location. Oak Bay is charming offering a 25 minute drive to Victoria. The esplanade is right out your front door and is lovely for an early morning or evening walk to bookend your days of enjoying Victoria and the various scenic areas that surround it.

Two couples and we were very comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The location is on the beach and very quiet. You can walk to the village, or take a short drive to Victoria. We highly recommend it. We would stay here again.

Oak Bay is absolutely beautiful and only a short drive to Victoria for all water activities makes this accommodation the perfect location. The view from the property is stunning. Very clean apartment and easy check in.

Amazing house in a beautiful area of Victoria.

Our rental was amazing, had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful. So nice to walk along the beach, very quiet street, very little traffic. We had an amazing visit with our family. This property was spotless and Oak Bay is a very friendly area. I would love to come back in the summer.

3 Day Family stay in July

We had a great stay at this property. The suite was exactly as described. We loved being able to relax on the patio and watch the seals in the water. Estevan village, a 5 minute walk away, offered restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy. Wonderful location. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

Had a wonderful time here. Close to downtown and all kinds of fun things to do in Victoria. Space is fantastic for a family. Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need right here. You can’t beat being steps form the beach.

Perfect Victoria Stay - Highly Recommended

This is the ideal Victoria Stay with everything within easy reach. The neighbourhood is walkable with cafes and restaurants nearby, and beech access right out your door. Cindy and Colin have very accurately represented the space, so there won't be any surprises. We will certainly rebook whenever we're back in Victoria visiting our family. Exceptionally clean, and very well-appointed. If I could give it six stars, I would!

Great location!

We brought eBikes to ride along the shore and into Victoria. This was the perfect location. We parked two vehicles easily in the driveway. The facility was spotless, and the outside covered area was nice for shade. Highly recommended.

Ocean Walks and Serene Comfort

My visit to Oak Bay was splendid. The property is immaculate and the kitchen is stocked with the very best equipment and appliances to cook with. Two bedrooms ,two bathrooms perfect for privacy. I enjoyed the proximity to Estevan Village for quaint coffee shops. The parking was perfect for my guests to join me for beach walks. The beach is right across the street. We enjoyed waking to the sunrise over the water and the sounds of seagulls. The patio sitting areas were wonderful for enjoying the ocean views and breezes. We hope to come back for winter storm watching. All communication with owners was welcoming and efficient for move- in and out. September was a lovely time to visit Victoria.

Ultimate vacation destination!

We had an amazing time at the esplanade beach suite! it was a vacation in itself - we cancelled some of our original Victoria todo list just to chill at the suit and on the beach. This was vacation perfection for us! Lovely spacious living area, well stocked modern kitchen, comfy beds and everything was super clean! lovely shopping and restaurant area within close walking distance. Seriously cannot say enough good things. I have been recommending this place to everyone! We will absolutely stay here again and will feel horribly ripped off to have to stay anywhere else! This location was Victoria heaven! Also super easy contactless check in and check out. And owners were immediately available when i had some questions. Cannot praise this experience enough!
