4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 full bath. Fully equipped kitchen open to dining room. 9 beds + 1 cot

 Fenced garden with charcoal barbecue, South facing terrace with ocean view, 12 seater garden furniture and sun loungers. 3 parking spaces including 2 secured inside the property.

House built in 2016. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach. any comfort, heated swimming pool (01/04 to the 31/10) covered or not (telescopic shelter).

Recreation: wild coast, tennis court (300 m) and nautical club nearby (800 m). A food market on Wednesday morning in Pouldu (800 m) and Saturday in the village of Clohars (5 minutes by car). In season a craftsman market in night on Sunday evening.
proposed activities on the resort: in the property: heated swimming pool 4 x 7 m + ping pong table. Nearby Sailing school, surf school, kayaking, hiking, diving, fishing, tennis, mini-golf and play structure for children in rigid or inflatable.
commerce: small shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, creperie, restaurant ...) within walking distance, carrefour market in the village of Clohars 5 minutes by car and Leclerc Quimperlé 15 minutes by car
Cultural: Rias festival end of August (street theater) and many sites and monuments to visit (abbey site of Saint Maurice, house museum Pouldu, many chapels, Kernault Manor, site of the rocks of the devil. ..)
You only have to put your bags because all equipment will be provided. There are all household appliances but also linens and beach towels.

Fanstic stay in Le Pouldu

The house is beautiful and has a great view. The kids loved the pool. The host is really friendly and helpful. The beach is within walking distance. The beaches and bays in the area are spectacular.

Very good house in good condition with all we needed. The outside space was excellent but there were a few areas on the terrace which were dangerous for children or disabled people. The surrounding area has many beautiful areas to explore.

Nice house with lovely pool in great location.

A really nice house, well laid-out with open-plan living area. Very clean overall. Pool was good and just warm enough (we got lucky with a hot & sunny week of weather). Decent outside space and secure for our dog. Some fittings/furniture need refreshing, but this a minor issue. M. Le Poulichet, is a lovely, friendly and helpful host. We were delayed arriving but he waited at the property for us and provided guidance on the house/pool and local area. Quiet neighborhood that's a short stroll to amenities and beaches. Le Pouldu is a lovely village. Recommend to book local restaurants in advance as they get full quickly (the moules frites at Au Grand Bleu were delicious). Quimperle is also beautiful (a short drive away and has range of supermarkets). We will be returning.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit unseren beiden Familien in Benoits Haus. Das Haus war wie in den Beschreibungen. Auch an Tagen mit etwas schlechteren Wetter konnten wir uns gut beschäftigen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, die nächsten beiden Strände boten bei Flut sehr schöne Wellen.

Magnifique sejours a Cloharts Carnoet

La maison a beaucoup de potentiel , une piscine chauffée et couverte qui ravie grand et petit , un emplacement de choix , très proche du bord de mer et du centre, un équipement très fournie , on ne manque de rien . Les propriétaires sont charmants , très accueillants et bienveillant , dés notre arrivée , et disponible quoi que l on ai besoin . La maison est très récente , et le point a amélioré serait l équipement du linge , plus récent , ainsi que les meubles et décorations , plus cosy et affirmé dans le style . Pour notre part , nous avons pris un grand plaisir a séjourné dans la Villa , avec une joie de la piscine couverte et chauffée ( 29°) , tous les jours, au retour de nos balades et visite , et croyez moi , il y a de quoi faire dans cette merveilleuse région ...Merci encore pour cette charmante semaine ..

The house was perfect for us, 4 adults & a toddler. It was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped, which made our holiday very relaxing. The pool was ideal and the location was great. A nearby field enabled us to exercise our dog, and the beach and town was a short walk away. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. If we can afford it, we shall try to book again! Thank you.

Eingezäuntes Haus mit Pool und wunderschönem Garten

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Alles nötige in der Küche vorhanden. Aber das Highlight ist der schön Garten. Das Haus ist vollständig eingezäunt, sodass man auch den Hund rennen lassen kann ohne Angst zu haben er könnte abhauen. Lediglich sehr kleine Hunde könnte am Zaun raus. Und der Pool verführt zum entspannen. Auch nach einem kalten Bad im Meer kann man sich hier sehr schön aufwärmen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns mit Salat aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: Ein Hundestrand gibt es ganz in der Nähe in Pouldu Port.

Tolle Lage, Sauberkeit war Katastrophe

Die Umgebung und die Lage von Haus ist super. Der Vermieter ist auch nett und die Kommunikation war gut. Leider kann der Vermieter sein Objekt nicht sauber halten. Er weiß einfach nicht wie man ein Haus richtig putzt. Auch der Pool war nicht gepflegt. Für ein Haus was erst 5 Jahre alt war, war es wirklich runter gerockt. Wirklich schade. Ob alte Handtücher, Schlechte Betten, Dreckiger Herd, Super dreckige Fenster. Gasgrill der nicht richtig funktionierte. Garantiert keine Wiederholung.
