We enjoyed our stay at Beachside Villas! The condo was clean and communication with Keith was excellent. We used the golf cart shuttle a few times and had a wonderful experience with that as well. There is a short walk to beach but it is private so you do have to walk maybe 10mins to the public. Overall great time and would definitely recommend!

Was even better than I was expecting! Had a view of the ocean with a hop skip and a jump to the beach! Easy trolley ride to access the beach allocated to these villas. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here

This condo was clean and in a great location. BUT the description says “100 steps to the beach” I feel like it should include that it’s 100 steps to a private beach. Once on the beach you have to walk a good bit down to the public beach. They do have a golf cart running every 15 minutes that can get you closer to the public beach. I was just under the impression we were literally 100 steps from the beach. Just a 100 steps to carry beach chairs and umbrellas etc I may have picked another condo if I knew I would have to carry kids and beach equipment that far.

Thanks for your feedback. We do pride ourselves on providing an extremely clean and inviting property. With all the positive feedback that we receive, cleanliness of our condo ranks at the very top of our list followed closely by location. As our property description states, we are just a few short steps from the beach. The beach is accessible by either the boardwalk or a golf cart service provided by our condo association that drops our guests out directly at the public beach. Very few properties in the 30a area provide as convenient accessibility to the beach as does our complex at Beachside Villas.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Beachside Villas. The location of the condo is great - right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances and the bathrooms had plenty of linens. We’ll definitely rent this place again!
