Large sandstone outdoor entertaining area and Under cover Pool House with bar fridge and outdoor furniture. House sleeps 6 people with 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds. Basic kitchen with bi-fold window looking out on entertaining area. Quite street , 400m to popular Hidden Perk Cafe, 800m to Burleigh National Park with extensive shaded bush walking tracks, 1km to famous Burleigh Heads surf beach. Choice of 2 patrolled surf beaches Burleigh or Tallebudgerra in walking distance. Washing machine, dryer and clothes line.
