On the first level of the house there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and fridge, a bathroom with washing machine and a small terrace at the entrance. On the lower floor the master bedroom, the main bathroom with a large and comfortable shower, a walk-in closet and a small closet. The climate in the house is very pleasant; cool during the summer and warm during the cold season and the climate outside the house is also very pleasant especially on the hottest days due to the air currents always present in that area.

Wunderschöne und ruhige Unterkunft

Wir haben eine ganz tolle schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles so wie die Vermieter Andrea und Alexandra es beschrieben haben. Wir hatten wirklich sehr hohe Temperaturen in der Toskana, zeitweise mehr als 40 Grad, trotzdem war der Schlafraum, bedingt durch die dicken Mauerwände aus Feldsteinen immer schön kühl und es gab sogar noch eine Klimaanlage die wir aber nur an einem Tag genutzt haben. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage gegenüber der Burg. Gekocht haben wir trotz einer perfekt eingerichteten Küche nur selten, da zahlreiche wirklich gute Restaurants in der Altstadt vorhanden sind. Die Strände in der Nähe, wir haben einen Strand in ca. 14 km Entfernung lieb gewonnen sind wirklich sehr schön, reiner Sandstrand und dazu sehr sauber und selbst in der Saison nicht überfüllt. Ein Wort noch zu den Vermietern dir wir bei der Übergabe kennenlernen durften, sie sind absolut liebenswürdig! ...und haben sich mit diesem alten top sanierten Altstadthaus einen kleinen Traum geschaffen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
