Welcome to this spacious 110m² house with independent access, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people in Lanildut. Its large volume is perfect for families, its heated and secure swimming pool and its proximity to the beaches make it an ideal destination for 100% seaside holidays.



On the ground floor:

A warm living room equipped with sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen television, perfect for your evenings.

A large convivial dining room equipped with a table and its 6 chairs for sharing good meals.

A fully equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, 4-ring cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).

A bathroom with shower and sink and an independent toilet.



On the first floor:

Bedroom 1: A cosy space with a double bed (140 cm), an armchair and a storage chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2: A second master bedroom comprising a double bed (140 cm) and an armchair.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for children or friends, it has two single beds (90 cm), an armchair and a clothes rail.

For your comfort, the house provides a high chair and a cot, an ironing board and iron, as well as cleaning supplies.

Enjoy a lovely enclosed, separate and private outdoor space with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for your sunny lunches.

A beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool, fully secured and heated from May to September, shared with only two other rentals.



Lannilis is inserted between two abers, the Aber-Benoît to the south-east and the Aber-Wrac'h to the north-east, which open onto the English Channel and the Atlantic Ocean.

Visits, monuments, local culture, heritage, culinary delights and legends, Lannilis will not leave you cold, just like the oysters from Prat-ar-Coum.

The Devil's Bridge (Pont Krac'h), which allows you to cross the Aber Wrac'h, connects Plouguerneau to Lannilis.

The port of Paluden, very calm, is protected from the storms that lash the coast.

Cultural events and festivities: the market takes place on Wednesday morning. The 1st Saturday of August: Mussel Fair.
