A nice two bright rooms (crossing) with warm and colorful decoration.
A cozy room with storage possibilities.
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
A bathroom with bath and this charming terrace out of sight.

I will be happy to welcome you to my apartment located in Caen right bank at the top of the Vaucelles district also called the "Montmartre Caennais".
You will be close to the city center (15 min walk and 5 min by public transport) and amenities (bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy, supermarket, post office ...).
Do not hesitate to go for a walk on the Saturday morning at the bottom of my house and have a drink at my neighbor "Bar le Celtic" wine shop and wine bar or enjoy a night concert at "Camino".
