I will be happy to welcome you to my apartment located in Caen right bank at the top of the Vaucelles district also called the "Montmartre Caennais".
You will be close to the city center (15 min walk and 5 min by public transport) and amenities (bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy, supermarket, post office ...).
Do not hesitate to go for a walk on the Saturday morning at the bottom of my house and have a drink at my neighbor "Bar le Celtic" wine shop and wine bar or enjoy a night concert at "Camino".

Very happy

We enjoy very much our stay.The appartement is cosy and well located.Everything is just around the corner with a private terasse where i enjoy my morning coffee.Johanna is a great host and for sure we will be back

emplacement très bien

A pied pas très loin de la gare. Nous avons visités Caen à pied et parfois en transport commun. Nous avons trouvé dans l'appartement beaucoup de renseignements pour nos visites. La propriétaire est très accessible en cas de problèmes. Bonne note

Appart très sympa !

Petit appartement lumineux et coloré, déco très sympa, idéal pour un couple ! Il est très bien équipé et rien ne nous a fait défaut. Petit plus, la terrasse dont on a pu profiter sous le soleil normand, c'était bien agréable. Ce logement est très bien situé, commerces tout proches et facilité à rejoindre le centre-ville . Pas de problème non plus pour stationner. Et j'ai gardé le meilleur pour la fin, Johanna est extrêmement sympathique et attentionnée. Amenés à venir à Caen régulièrement, nous reviendrons sûrement ...

charmant petit appartement

l'appartement est plutôt bien placé puisqu'on est proche de tout sans être en plein centre ville ce qui en fait un endroit calme et la petite terrasse est très agréable. La propriétaire est très sympa et si je dois retourner à Caen je la recontacterais sans hésiter.
