Artist's Flat, Entire Home
An artist's apartment, custom designed and hand crafted with a lot of love and care. Located in quiet residential neighborhood, with a large park nearby, a 5 min walk from the metro station, and a 20 min walk to the city center. Large mountain view balconies, big windows and lots of sunlight!
The space
Enjoy foam mattresses in both bedrooms, a very comfortable pull out sofa for 2 & a fold-out couch for 2 more. The flat can accommodate couples, business travelers, and big groups.
Extra perks: espresso machine, juicer, blender, dish washing machine, washer & dryer
The space also functions like a gallery: all the walls are covered with my artwork.
Other things to note:
For late arrivals, we require a late check-in fee of $30 after 8 pm and $40 after midnight. Late check-outs are charged $30. Excessive cleaning is charged $100. No smoking inside, please use designated ash trays on the balcony. If cigarette butts are found in the courtyard, we will charge a $250 fee. We have a strict no parties policy.
