Completely renewed 3 years ago, apartment is located in Pula, 150 meters from the famous amphitheater Arena, which hosts many music concerts, film festivals, and other entertainment. Only 50 m away is the port, where you can choose a lot of different boat trips, e.g. visiting Venice, the famous Brijuni Islands and other destinations.
The city center you can reach walking in only 10 minutes where there are lot of cultural monuments and museums to visit., or by bus you can visit the beautiful beaches of our city. Nearby the apartment there is a supermarket, a green mini-market, bar, pizzeria, pharmacy, flower shop, petrol station, rent-a-car.
From the living room there is a beautiful view of bay of Pula with the splendid sunset.
In this part of city you can spend pleasant moments in a nearby park overlooking the sea, but also to structures that are given to construct the Austrian leaders in the 19th century.

Zentrale Lage am Amphitheater und Hafennähe

Der äußere Eindruck des Hauses war zunächst abschreckend aber wurde durch alles andere getoppt. Modern eingerichtete FeWo, die keine Wünsche offen ließ, in zentraler Lage am Hafen und Nähe zum Amphitheater. Auch zur Flaniermeile mit zahlreichen schönen Gassen und Boutiquen ist es nicht weit. Innerhalb von 15Min.erreicht man mit dem Auto tolle Buchten zum Schnorcheln und Baden.

Ho scelto questo appartamento per trascorrere una settimana a Pola con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ci ha accolti la moglie del proprietario che è stata molto disponibile nel darci informazioni sulla città e sulle spiagge da visitare. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro, ci sono molti parcheggi liberi. L'appartamento è pulito, ordinato, dotato di tutti i comfort e arredato con gusto. Lo consiglio!

Sauber, Zentral mit einem kleinen Manko

Die Wohnung ist nagel neu renoviert, alles ist super sauber, die Ausstattung lässt quasi keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige was uns negativ auffiel sind die doch etwas zu lauten Nachbarn. Es handelt sich bei dem Gebäude um ein Mehrfamielienhaus mit 7 Etagen. Daher gibt es hier nicht nur Feriengäste sondern auch Ortsansässige Bewohner. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat sich umgehend bei den zu lauten Nachbarn gemeldet, danach ging es etwas besser. Zumindest nachts. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Als Tip für den Vermieter, eventuell noch eine kleine Klimaanlage fürs Schlafzimmer installieren, denn je nach Außentemperatur hat die Zentrale Klimaanlage zwar die Wohnräume aber nicht das Schlafzimmer runter gekühlt. Wir haben dann auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnuimmer genächtigt. Diese ist zum glück sehr bequem. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen.

Mooi schoon en fris appartement

Leuke locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Alles is om de hoek. Het is wel jammer dat je geen uitzicht hebt. De verhuurders zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Twijfel niet vraag gewoon. ze weten al je vragen te beantwoorden. Er is niet bezuinigt op het appartement. Alles is goed voor elkaar. Plus: alles is op loop afstand. Goede uitvalsbasis naar andere locaties. Min: het gebouw zelf is erg gedateerd. Maar eenmaal binnen ben je alles snel vergeten. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Bedankt

Tolle Wohnung, super ausgestattet, zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach top und lässt nichts vermissen. Von der Klimaanlage über Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine bis hin zum Flachbildfernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen sowie WLAN ist alles vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine sowie ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochtöpfen und Pfannen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und auch Handtücher lagen bereit. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Hafen von Pula, das Amphitheater und die Altstadt. Zum nächsten Strand muss man allerdings mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus fahren. Das Vermieterehepaar ist super freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie wohnen in der Nähe und sind bei Problemen in 20 -30 Minuten vor Ort. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung !!!!! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet ! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet ! Auch die Sauberkeit ist lobend zu erwähnen ! Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die frisch renovierte Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, sodass man auch zu Fuß Bars und Restaurants problemlos erreichen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great flat in a good location

The flat is awesome. Newly renovated, spacious and well equipped. The building is not very nice on the outside so don't get confused when you get there, but very very nice on the inside. Miodrag and Divna are very nice and welcoming hosts. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center, but only 2 minutes down to the water from where you can watch the sunset and enjoy a walk.
