Rental Labenne of a contemporary house timber frame with an area of 130 m2, near Ocean (4km) situated in a quiet residential area. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, a living room-kitchen area of 50 m2 overlooking a terrace facing south and facing the forest.
Ideal for two families. The house has complete comfort and modern equipment (TV, HiFi, Internet access ...).
A full bathroom with a double walk-in shower.
Located 4 km from Capbreton / Hossegor in the north, and 12 km from Bayonne in the south, the region offers all the range of activities for a pleasant holiday.
Full week rental with a preference for a full two weeks rental if possible.

House ONLY available from Saturday 03 AUGUST TO 25 AUG.
We can also rent from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams.

Vacances agréables

La maison de Nadia et de Hans est parfaite pour un séjour à proximité de l’océan et pour découvrir la belle côte landaise du sud et le Pays Basque. La maison est située au calme, et est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis et le suivi de la location a été impeccable du début à la fin. Merci et à bientôt !

séjour très agréable dans une maison apaisante proche de la mer et des commerces.

Agréable séjour entre amis avec 3 adolescents. Maison fonctionnelle pour 2 familles et très agréable. La terrasse est bien orientée et nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l extérieur. L accès à la mer peut se faire par des chemins forestiers en vélo. Nous avons apprécié notre accueil.

Super séjour !

Une maison très agréable avec de belles prestations (cuisine et sdb modernes, baies vitrées, belle terrasse aménagée, barbecue, wifi, etc ...), à 5 min de Capbreton et 15 min des plages en voiture. De plus, les propriétaires Nadia et Hans sont charmants et nous ont très bien accueillis !
