Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez trouvé la maison peu correcte.
Nous sommes là pour régler les problèmes afin de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.
Vous êtes arrivés le matin, vous aviez toute la journée pour nous informer des désagréments.
Nous vous avions bien précisé de bien vérifier.
Notre équipe de ménage est présente jusqu'à 19 h, mais également le lundi. Elle serait revenue.
Concernant le jardin il avait été nettoyé avant votre venue ; comme sur les photos vous pouvez voir que ce n'est pas un jardin paysager.
Pour la literie nous allons faire remonter l'information aux propriétaires afin qu'ils fassent le nécessaire.
Nous vous conseillons à l'avenir de réserver un bien dans une gamme supérieure soit un 2 ou 3 étoiles ce qui vous correspondra beaucoup plus.
