Kein MöbelstĂŒck war bequem: Bett zur weich, KĂŒchenstĂŒhle unbequem, Gartenmöbel unbequem, Liegen ohne Polster. Am Meisten hat uns der Aushang in der Wohnung geĂ€rgert auf dem eine komplette Reinigung der Wohnung bei Auszug gefordert wurde. Das erklĂ€rt vielleicht auch warum die Wohnung ĂŒberhaupt nicht sauber war. HĂ€tten wir das vorher gewusst, hĂ€tten wir die Wohnung nicht gebucht

TrÚs bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Deux bémols : l'absence de wifi et d'une douche extérieure ou au minimum d'un tuyau d'arrosage dans le jardin, car les douches de la plage ont été supprimées.

Maison tout confort

Accueil au top avec une propriétaire aux petits oignons ;) Maison à 10mn à pied de la plage (magnifique !) De la place pour se garer. Maison tout équipée et dans un quartier calme. Superbe semaine passée en famille. Merci !!!

Séjour agréable dans les landes

Location tout confort , à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Belle terrasse, véranda et jardin appréciable ( surtout pour le chien). Le seul bémol pour nous, la promiscuité avec les voisins. Ceci étant, nous avons passé un bon séjour, de jolies choses , de beaux endroits à découvrir et propriétaire sympathique.

Entspannungsurlaub als PĂ€rchen

Das Haus ist so nah am Strand, dass man in 10-15 Min zu Fuß da ist und weit genug weg, dass der Trubel zumindestens tagsĂŒber nicht zu laut ist. Nachts wird allerdings gefeiert und da die Strandbars nur 3 WĂ€nde haben, kriegt man davon schon einiges mit. Wir waren im Juni da, also Vorsaison. Der Wintergarten hat uns einige MĂŒckenstiche erspart und trotzdem sitzt man luftig. Die Dachfenster haben eine Velux-Markise, eine Beschattung der Front wĂ€re auch noch schön gewesen. Das Haus bietet fĂŒr Hundebesitzer oder Familien einen einfachen Garten, der komplett eingefriedet ist. Das Kinderzimmer haben wir allerdings als Ablagezimmer fĂŒr die Koffer und als Garderobe genutzt. FĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern bis 150 cm ist das Stockbett sicher in Ordnung. Insgesamt bietet das Haus auf kleinem Raum alles, was zu einem entspannten Urlaub gehört. Es ist einfach, aber effektiv eingerichtet. Wir wĂŒrden es in der Vor- oder Nachsaison wieder buchen.

Liebloses Ferienhaus

Kinderzimmer: Die Matratzen im Stockbett sind zu kurz, die Kommode stinkt, so daß man keine frische WĂ€sche reinlegen kann. Schlafzimmer: Der Einbauschrank im Schlafzimmer ist vollgepackt mit allen möglichen Sachen inkl. Staubsauger so daß man auch hier fast kein Platz fĂŒr seine WĂ€sche hat. Die Matratzen haben einen Plastikschutz der sehr unangenehm ist da man darauf sehr schwitzt und zudem raschelt er. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und eng. Flur: Es gibt keine Gardarobe um die Jacken aufzuhĂ€ngen. Wohnzimmer/KĂŒche: Am Esstisch gibt es keine richtigen StĂŒhle sondern nur unbequeme Hocker. Zudem ist es sehr eng da der kleine Tisch zwischen KĂŒchenzeile und Fernseher gequetscht wurde. Wintergarten: Die Sitzgelegenheit ist ebenfalls sehr unbequem. So das man sich hier nicht gemĂŒtlich hinsetzen kann zum spielen oder lesen. Garten: Es gibt auch keine WĂ€scheleine oder Ă€hnliches damit man nach dem Strandbesuche große BadetĂŒcher zum trocknen aufhĂ€ngen kann. Lediglich ein kleiner KlappstĂ€nder steht im Wintergarten in der Ecke. Zudem kann man auf dem Foto nicht erkennen das es sich um eine DoppelhaushĂ€lfte handelt. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem stark frequentierten Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin ist unfreundlich und BettwĂ€sche muss man selbst mitbringen. Wir können dieses Haus nicht weiterempfehlen.

Idéal famille avec ados

Emplacement idĂ©al pour une famille avec 2 ados (13 et 16 ans) : proximitĂ© de la plage, des commerces et des lieux d’animation (tout se fait Ă  pieds). Le bruit des bars restau Ă  proximitĂ© reste gĂ©rable car pas trop tardif. Bon Ă©quipement de la maison et vĂ©randa agrĂ©able les jours de pluie. La propriĂ©taire est rĂ©active, Ă  l’écoute et arrangeante. De trĂšs bonnes vacances familiales : merci !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - deutlich besser als der Standard in anderen Angeboten. Sehr gute Lage - 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, 5 Minuten zum BĂ€cker. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Séjour bord de mer et balade à vélo à volonté

Maison agréable, mois de mai ensoleillé. Nous avons pu profiter avec notre chien de la plage et des balades à vélos. Les propriétaires sont trÚs sympathiques, disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour, la maison et son environnement.

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine Ă  Moliets dans cette maison. L’emplacement est idĂ©al et proche de tout. La maison est agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle pour une famille. Le point nĂ©gatif rĂ©side sur les Ă©quipements (Ă©lectromĂ©nager, vaisselle, literie, 
) vĂ©tustes, abĂźmĂ©s, ayant vĂ©cus
 un peu trop. La vĂ©randa nouvellement installĂ©e est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Pour le reste c’était parfait, trĂšs bonne communication et trĂšs bon accueil!

Fijn verblijf!

We hebben een zalige week gehad in het huisje. De eigenaar was vriendelijk en alles in het huisje was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Ideaal voor een Surfvakantie. De plek ligt perfect tussen alle goeie surfspots in.

Maison bien située proche de la plage

Nous avons passé une trÚs agréable semaine dans cette maison. L'accÚs direct vers la plage est appréciable, la maison est conforme à l'annonce, bien équipée. TrÚs bon accueil de Mme Ribierre.
