For your holidays, you can stay in Moliets Plage in our beautiful apartment located in a 3* classified residence 200 m from the main supervised beach, XXL size and fine sand. You will be very well located for leisure, activities as well as access to shops, shops and markets.

OUR BEACH APARTMENT (Furnished ref. Town Hall: FR5KGR7W)
As soon as you walk through the front door, you feel the "sunset" atmosphere at the sight of the large painting in front of you. The décor and furniture are in harmony with the atmosphere of the beach and the ocean.
The room is very pleasant with a large bay window that gives access to the terrace extended by an unenclosed garden. Its sofa bed allows the transformation into a sleeping area very easily.
The open-plan kitchen is very functional with all the comforts of appliances. It has many equipment for preparing meals as well as free storage for your shopping.
3 comfortable bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 large queen size bed and an adjoining dressing room, a bedroom with a large queen size bed and built-in closet, a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds and storage unit. Sheets, pillows, blankets and light duvets are provided. The two bedrooms with queen size bed are equipped with ceiling fans for nights that are too hot. A pedestal fan is also present and can be used in both the living room and the cabin bedroom.

THE SITUATION
On the ground floor with a terrace extended by an unfenced garden, our apartment also allows you to take advantage of the assets of the residence: secure swimming pool, children's games and parking with digicode access.
If you wish, you can spend a car-free stay. Everything is within walking distance.
From there, you can walk and walk to the immense sandy beach, the shops, the golf course, the pine and cork oak forest.

MOLIETS AND MAÂ / MOLIETS BEACH
If you don't know Moliets, it is a village with a pediment, typical of the southern Landes coast which extends to the ocean.
Moliets allows you to recharge your batteries in a soothing environment with its huge beach and its Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve.
For all nature lovers, it is a rare place in France that offers an oceanfront without buildings and stretches as far as the eye can see. The main beach is 1km500 long and is part of the longest beach in Europe (106 kms). Along the dune and the beach, you will find the links of one of the courses of its famous international golf course bordered by hundred-year-old trees.
Moliets offers festive entertainment, day and night markets, craft or artistic exhibitions but also a wide range of sports activities: surfing, golf, tennis, cycling, walks, hikes... and magnificent sunsets!
