entspannt, vielseitig, komfortabel

Bereits die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen: sehr angenehm eingerichtet, viel Privatsphäre, gepflegter Garten mit schöner Vegetation rundum, wunderbarer Pool und auch für kühlere Tage angenehmer Whirlpool. Wir haben die Nähe zum fantastischen Strand, die Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren, ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe und die frischen Baguettes jeden Morgen sehr genossen (alles in kurzer Gehdistanz). Ebenfalls die Ausflüge in die Umgebung (u.a.Hossegar, Bayonne, Biarritz) gehörten zu den Highlights.Ein wunderbar erholsamer Aufenthalt insgesamt.

SUPERBE VILLA

Villa très bien équipée, décorée avec soin et super bien entretenue. exposition parfaite: soleil toute la journée et abritée du vent, jardin arboré avec goût, donnant l'impression d'être seuls... Parfaitement située: les courses, les sorties le soir, les restos mais également la plage, tout se fait à pieds ! excellente communication avec la propriétaire, Mme Besse fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux et que vous ne manquiez de rien. Je recommande vivement.

Stunning property and fantastic location

The location of this property is superbly situated in Moliets. Shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. The Villa is extremely spacious and stocked with everything you need and the pool and garden area were ideal for the children. One slight gripe was the lack of air conditioning especially as we stayed here during an unusually hot period and air conditioning especially in the bedrooms would have made this villa perfect. The host was exceptional in her correspondence and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay. We will definitely return.

Geräumige Villa mit toller Außenanlage, Pool und Whirlpool

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, viel Platz für 10 Personen, besonders komfortabel waren die vier Bäder. Sehr schöne Außenanlage mit großem Pool, Außendusche und Whilrpool. Ziemlich zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Fußläufig zum Strand. Gute Kommunikation mit Christophe, besonders, als wegen der großen Hitze der Pool umgekippt ist. Er besorgte sofort einen Pool-Experten, der das Problem schnell und mit viel Einsatz in den Griff bekam. Nur das WLAN war zeitweise wirklich sehr langsam.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Wir kannten den Ort und den Haustyp bereits und haben ganz bewusst wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbracht. Wir lieben die Terrasse mit dem großen beheizten Pool und dem Garten. Auch die Anzahl an Zimmern mit den vielen Bädern trägt zum Urlaubskomfort von bis zu zehn Personen bei. Check-in und -out durch den entspannten Christophe ist völlig unkompliziert. Die Zimmer haben manchmal etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und das Wlan ist nicht immer stabil, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die einem tollen Urlaub nicht im Wege stehen.

Dans un cadre calme, cette villa est un petit coin de paradis, accueillante tant par sa beauté que par le service proposé par la propriétaire et les personnes assurant le bon déroulement de votre séjour localement. Propre, moderne, offrant un très haut niveau de confort. La situation est idéale pour le repos et pour un séjour sportif, océan très proche, pistes cyclables, ou séjour culturel la région entre Landes et Pays basque est riche. Maison très bien située : 5min à pied des commerces, de la plage, voire du golf. quartier calme, propice à la détente. Spacieuse et équipement très complet. La disposition des chambres permet de loger "chez soi" 2 familles avec chacune sa chambre parentale, sa salle de bain, ses toilettes et la chambre des enfants. très agréable de manger dehors mais à l'ombre. Accueil très sympathique et maison très propre.

Jolie maison arrangée avec goût. Les 4 chambres à l'étage permettent aux parents d'être isolés des ados, quel plaisir :-) Propre. Il manque un mixer à la cuisine. Je recommanderais cette maison mais pas aux dates qui m'intéresseront une prochaine année ;-) Pas de resto, mais le Koté Kosi juste à côté avec Déborah, c'était parfait.

Etant déjà venu il y a maintenant deux semaines, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir revenir dans cette superbe villa! EXCELLENT SEJOUR DANS CETTE VILLA COLONIALE

Maison très agréable, l'accueil y est chaleureux et l'entretien parfaitement assurés. Cette villa est de très bon standing et très bien équipée. Le jardin et l'agencement extérieur sont très réussi, la piscine et le spa sont très agréable. L'océan et les commerces étant très proches, pas besoin de voiture. Bref, tout est prévu pour passer de très bonnes vacances. on reviendra dès que possible!

Nous n'avons que des éloges à faire, tout étant parfait! La décoration est soignée, le jardin magnifique, les équipements, la piscine, le jacuzzi, et les prestations haut de gamme. L'espace à vivre idéal (pourtant nous étions 3 familles).Cette villa nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour, reposant et dépaysant dans une région splendide. Tout allait au delà de nos espérances. Il n'y a rien eu à dire. Les propriétaires et Christophe sont toujours à l'écoute, cherchant la satisfaction de leurs clients et une constante amélioration.
