This detached villa with heated pool boasts an American-inspired architecture in a development in Golf de Moliets, close to the ocean. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace and offers a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with 2 washbasins and a whirlpool bathtub. Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a shower room with a washbasin and a shower. The living room is spacious and bright, and it has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. A sofa bed eventually offers space for 2 additional people. There is a fully fitted kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, 4 electric hobs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and small appliances), as well as a plancha on the terrace, which allows for cooking tasty meals and enjoying them by the pool, on the partially covered terrace. The furnished terrace faces the southwest, and the garden is uncluttered, allowing for a maximum of sunbathing and a nice view of the pine trees.

The villa's location, close to the ocean, the golf course, the tennis court, the shops, and the Landes forest makes it an ideal starting point for biking safely and forgeting the stress of the car. For more comfort, beds are made upon arrival. For babies, a bed (60 x 120 cm) as well as a high chair is provided. Small pets are accepted. Documentation about the outskirts of the villa and excursion ideas are presented in a workbook available to our tenants.

Une maison parfaite

Endroit calme, un peu isolé mais tellement parfait. La propriétaire est adorable et réactive. Vraiment l endroit idéal pour des vacances au calme et reposante. Un petit bémol sur la literie qui mériterait d etre plus confortable. Mais sinon, les yeux fermés !

Très belle villa

Tout le confort nécessaire, une très bonne situation géographique, proche de la mer (que l’on entend du jardin). Magnifique terrasse avec piscine très agréable. L’environnement est idéal ! Propriétaires très réactifs et à l’écoute. De très bonnes vacances à refaire !

De foto's doen de locatie niet alle eer aan. De villa is perfect in orde. De omgeving is zeer rustig, en je hebt er alle privacy. Het zwembad was steeds in perfect staat én op temperatuur. Het contact met de eigenaars voor alle afhandelingen liep zeer vlot, en ze waren zeer behulpzaam.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist perfekt, mit den Velos ist man in ca 10 Minuten am Strand. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, gut ausgerüstete Küche, wunderbarer Pool, sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank

schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, nah an einem schönen Strand

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Von der Buchung bis zur An- und Abreise. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem der beheizte Pool war natürlich toll - vor allem weil wir leider recht kühles Wetter hatten. Der einzige Mangel war die defekte Dusche am Pool, die sollte doch mal repariert werden. Das hat den guten Gesamteindruck aber nicht getrübt. Auch die Kaution wurde uns innerhalb von zwei Tagen nach der Abreise zurücküberwiesen. Vielen Dank nochmals der netten Vermieterin Marianne. Wonderful dog friendly villa

We stayed here with our dog for 2 weeks and had a wonderful stay. The villa was spacious and airy and the outside decked area was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the plancha. It is a short walk to the beach and not too far to town where there are lots of lovely restaurants too. The owners are really helpful and always on hand for any query you have at all. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Das Objekt gehört zu den schönsten Ferienhäusern die wir bisher besucht haben und mit Abstand das schönste bisher an der Atlantik Küste. Das Objekt bietet alles was auch eine mehrköpfige Familie für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die sehr freundlichen Besitzer des Objektes sind immer erreichbar und stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Der Urlaub war in diesem Objekt eine wirkliche Erholung. Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, pas de mauvaise surprise. Nous y avons trouvé calme et quiétude. Cette villa est très propre, très bien entretenue, elle dispose de tout le confort désiré (même plus). Quel plaisir le matin, de se réveiller et d'apercevoir le ciel bleu, la terrasse avec sa piscine et d'entendre les oiseaux chanter !!!!! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et toujours disponible (SMS, téléphone, mail). Un grand merci à eux. Cette location est à recommander sans hésiter.

Séjour de 3 semaines en août 2016 dans cette magnifique villa, très bien équipée et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. La piscine est bien chauffée et très bien exposée, le jardin est très agréable avec de nombreux transats et une plancha parfaite pour les barbecues Situation au calme avec accès à l'océan et aux commerçants facile à vélo par piste cyclable dans la pinède. Könnte nicht besser sein

Wir hatten zwei herrliche Wochen in der Villa von Marianne und Christian, trotz einiger Tage schlechten Wetters. Das Haus ist aber so groß (wir waren zeitweise zu sechst), dass man sich auch mal einen Tag nur drinnen aufhalten kann. Die Terrasse mit Pool und der herrliche, parkähnliche Garten sind ein Genuss und kaum einsehbar. Marianne hat uns von Beginn an mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Fünf Sterne für Gastgeber und Haus.

Très bon séjour dans cette spendide villa, très bien agencée et équipée. Son jardin offre un dépaysement total, et il est parfait pour notre animal de compagnie. Des propriétaires très sympathiques honnêtes et disponibles, mais aussi un technicien très professionnel. Petit bémol: - un inventaire des biens et un état des lieux est pour nous indispensable à l'arrivée. - pas de produit de nettoyage pour la vitro-ceramique. Moliets et ses environs sont des points à découvrir, on y passe des vacances sereines. Des plages sauvages a perte de vue, mais aussi des commerçants à l'écoutes et au petit soin... Très bon séjour passé à Moliets avec mes enfants.Nous étions proches de la plage,du golf et du village.Villa très confortable pour 5 adultes.Pas de vis à vis.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de la plancha;sans oublier les 3 vélos à disposition.A recommander pour des vacances familliales.

Une villa geniale!

Nous avons passé un excelleny séjour dans cette villa idéale! D abord elle est spacieuse et très agréable, tres bien decorée et tres fonctionnelle (et tres bien equipee!); le jardin est lui aussi aménagé avec gout, c est tres apaisant!! La plancha est super, la piscine est chauffee donc toujours agreable a utiliser! A noter aussi que la plage à proximité est une plage verte ( acces réservé aux cyclistes et pietons, parking voitures tres limité): elle est du coup beaucoup moins chargée que la plage principale de Moliets! en bref c est une maison vraiment super, les proprietaires sont charmants, nous y retournerons!

Great house and great location

We had a great stay in the house - 6 people in total. Very well located on the top of a hill with sun almost all day, and a covered patio when you need shade. Tastefully furnished - true to pictures. A short bike ride, across the golf course, over to the shops and the beach. Our kids loved the spacious pool and the heated pool. Everything clean and proper. Only thing we could wish different was a real outdoor gas grill. The owners always responded promptly, also with questions during our stay. We are looking forward to coming back another time.

Es fehlt an nichts: vollausgestattete Küche, gute Betten, beheizter Pool, ruhige Umgebung, organisierte Pflege des Rasens und des Pools, Internet über Wifi und auch Terrassenmöbel aus Echtholz (es gibt nichts übleres als die klebende Kleidung bei Plastikmöbeln). Aber am besten war die Lage: ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse und um die 10-15 Minuten zum nächsten Strand (zu Fuß). Ich weiß nicht wie es im Sommer in der Hochsaison zugeht, aber wir haben die Ruhe über Pfingsten genossen. Das großzügige, freundlich und komfortabel eingerichtete Haus lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Genauso wünscht man sich Urlaub. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The proximity to the ocean was an important aspect for us; we also especially appreciate the quality of the environment that surrounds us. The numerous infrastructures (golf, tennis courts, cycle paths, and shops) are located less than two kilometres away from the villa and allow us avoiding to use a car.

What makes this property unique

We particularly like walking from the villa, by the ocean, along the golf course or among the pine forests, visiting the surrounding villages, looking for bread on bike, and having a meal on the terrace by the pool...
