Architect's villa (construction 2013). In an exceptional setting in the heart of the Landes forest, between pond and ocean. Ideally located, quiet in the bottom of subdivision on a tuc and facing the forest. You will stay in a villa with comfort whose design has been specially studied by our architectural firm. Contemporary lines, a controlled light entry and a perfect integration with the site. You will dominate the forest landaise from the terrace overhang in the middle of the oaks crossing the deck. An interior organization at the same time purified and functional that assures you an unforgettable stay. With a capacity of 8 people, the villa of a surface of 120 m2 with its Airial sported by oaks and arbutus of 1100 m2 will seduce you by its facilities standing and its exceptional environment. Stay, living room cooks full south opening on a deck of 100 m2. 4 rooms among which 2 suites of 15 m2 with privatory rooms of water and dressing. Heated swimming pool. Covered terrace of 20 m2. 4 minutes from the beaches of the Landes and 800 M from the golf of Moliets and all amenities.

It was fabulous! Wonderful spacious house in good condition, most rooms air-conditioned, great porch & pool nicely located towards the forest, 10 Minutes to beach access, good local/regional infra-structure for supplies as well as restaurants etc. Activites other than beach close by, e.g. Golf, Mini-Golf, Adventure Park (tree climbing, Quads and mini motorcycles), lakes etc.The whole package deserves 5 stars!

Great contemporary holiday home. Spacious, airy rooms, with air con. Lovely pool, not overlooked. Seating areas inside and out and good kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large US fridge/freezer with ice machine. Comfy beds, modern clean shower rooms. Hosts very friendly and helpful; good communication. Beautiful beach and lakes with bike hire nearby. Fantastic flat cycle paths for miles up and down the coast. Great crazy golf near Leon. Most local restaurants in the beach area, 10 minute cycle. Highly recommend!

Magnifique villa d architecte avec vue sur la forêt

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques dans la villa avec des amis. L endroit est très calme et l emplacement de la villa idéal. Une piscine magnifique avec vue sur la pinède. Tout est identique aux photos présentées sur le site. Tout est a 15 min en vélo, plages et commerces. Très facile d accès. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire.

Maison agréable

Une belle maison, avec piscine suffisante et une orientation sur la forêt qui apporte beaucoup d'intimité bien que ce soit en lotissement. Couchers de soleil jusqu'à 21h30 en juillet car la maison est sur une mini dune ! Nous étions 5 et c'était parfait.Plages et commerces facilement accessibles en vélo...le seul souci est Abritel qui prélève les cautions et ne les rembourse pas dans les temps...

Geweldig vakantieverblijf

Een prachtige villa voorzien van alle gemakken. Het terras had uitzicht op het bos met heel veel privacy. Gedurende de hele dag was er zowel zon als schaduw te vinden. Het zwembad was heerlijk! De keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken en voldoende serviesgoed. In- en uitchecken verliep heel soepel. Kortom een geweldig vakantieverblijf!

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Der Empfang war sehr sympathisch. Die Architektur des Hauses inklusive Terrasse ist darauf ausgelegt, die Sonne des Nachmittags einzufangen. Drei grosse Terrassentüren erlauben einen direkten Übergang zwischen Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Der Pool ist gefühlt länger, als er auf den Bildern erscheint und erlaubt sportliches Schwimmen. Rundum ein positves Erlebnis, vielen Dank!

Der Mietpreis ist nicht angemessen. Augenscheinlich sieht das Haus sehr stylisch aus, aber die Möbel sind nicht bequem, es gibt nur 2 Liegen, keinen richtigen Esstisch ( für 6-8 Personen ist der Essblock viel zu klein), da wir nur zu viert waren, passte es. Fazit: Nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
