With a view of the vilaine valley, we welcome you to our character cottages. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this large self-catering cottage can accommodate up to 14 people.
Combining aesthetics and authenticity of the stone, these lodgings surrounded by a 5000m2 garden is located in a calm and relaxing place.
The gîte consists of:
- equipped kitchen,
- living room that can accommodate 14 people for meals.
- a large living room with stove, television
- utility room with LL and SL, shower and wc

Brittany stay

We were a large group of family members ranging in age from 11 to 85! Fabulous communication with Fabienne regarding our booking and the various queries we had relating to our stay. Very easy to locate the property and collect the keys. The house is positioned in a rural location in a beautiful area. The house is very well set up for large groups with plenty of equipment and space. The only downside for our group was that the 2 main bathrooms were accessed through main bedrooms that was tricky for our group given that we were made up of 3 families. The pool house was however a good choice for elderly parents who benefited from peace and quiet! We had very mixed weather but we were able to still really enjoy the local area where there are many lovely walks and small villages to visit. Shopping was easy with a large local supermarket and a very local bakery/patisserie which sold very good bread and cakes. The outside space at the house is wonderful for all ages. We made good use of the pool and the petanque area was a source of great entertainment for everyone in the family. Thank you for a lovely stay Fabienne.

Wonderful week in a very well-equipped house. We were a group covering three generations: 8 adults, two children and a baby and had a brilliant time. Spacious with lots of facilities as well as a heated pool. Tranquil countryside with bigger towns and cities within easy reach

Tout est très bien. Grande maison, parfaite pour parents, enfants entre amis ou en famille. Logement propre, bonne literie. Très grand terrain et piscine magnifique. Fabienne est très réactive, et très gentille. Nous avons passé un magnifique weekend entre amis avec enfants de 18 mois à 10ans.

Belle demeure dans l’ensemble, par contre cette maison devrait être rafraîchie (plan de cuisine, plaque de cuisson, cuisine extérieure, transats rouillés, balançoire abîmée..). La maison n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée. A mon sens, le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

Aangenaam, ruim huis

Alles is ruim aanwezig om een verblijf met acht personen aangenaam te maken. De grote tuin rondom het huis is fijn en het heerlijke zwembad is fantastisch, zeker voor de kinderen. Wij hebben genoten.

70th Birthday Celebration with Family

We had an amazing week, 14 of us ages ranging from 3 years old to 70 plus. It's a beautiful house with lovely bedrooms, plwnty of equipment and room for everyone. The outside area is huge and the views are spectacular and the swimming pool is fantastic.

Lovely stay in large house in Brittany with pool

Property was excellent and exactly as described and shown in photos. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Pool is a good size, warm and clean, the kids loved it. Loads of other activities including petanque, molkky and jeu de palets. Also plenty of space to just chill out and read a book. Area is scenic if a bit quiet which I really enjoyed. Kitchen was excellently equipped with a double fridge. Host was great and communication was clear at all times.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Charme in der Bretagne

Ein wunderschönes, typisch bretonisches Haus mit Geschichte (Baujahr 1860); das im Inneren geschmackvoll und praktisch modernisiert wurde. Trotz der Rekordhitze im Sommer 2022 vermissten wir keine Klimaanlage, da die dicken Feldsteine des Hauses für eine natürliche Kühlung sorgten. Unverständlich bleibt lediglich der Umstand, dass vor den Fenstern kein Insektenschutz angebracht wurde (die ein oder andere Mücke verirrte sich dann doch nachts in die Schlafzimmer.) Alle Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bequem (wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ... es gab genügend Platz - zwei Schlafzimmer haben zudem einen separaten Raum mit je einem Etagenbett). Vier davon befinden sich im Haupthaus, ein weiteres im Poolgebäude (mit WC und Waschbecken). Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gilt zu beachten, dass baulich bedingt der Holzfußboden der oberen Schlafzimmer direkt als Decke fürs Untergeschoss funktionier. Heißt: wenn jemand oben sich bewegt, bekommen die Personen das in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer direkt mit. War für uns kein Problem. Außenbereich mit Pool, kleinem Spiel- und Bouleplatz ist perfekt. Wie überhaupt die gesamte Lage des Hauses. Herrlich abgelegen in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Wir residierten inmitten von Maisfeldern und genossen den Blick auf die Vilaine. Persönlich empfinde ich es als ärgerlich, dass ich für Bettwäsche und Handtücher noch eine Extra-Gebühr zahlen muss. Dies wird jedoch vorher kommuniziert und ich habe dem zugestimmt. Empfinde ich jedoch stets als etwas kleinlich, da die Preise für Ferienhäuser sich über die Jahre doch erheblich erhöht haben. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Bretagne.

Beautiful area, and in the middle of a heatwave it was cool enough in the house and a fantastic pool, wonderful house and space, and so much to do within half hour drive. Our five year old is now a great swimmer in one week!

Familievakantie in een fijne gite

Mooi vakantiehuis op een rustige locatie. Veel tijd aan het zwembad en in de schaduw van de grote boom doorgebracht. Grote binnenruimtes op het gelijkvloers die redelijk koel bleven tijdens de warme dagen. Minpuntje voor ons was geen verluchting op de kleinste kamer (geen ramen daar).

Ruhe und Entspanntheit auf dem bretonischen Lande

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr gut geschnitten. Wir waren nur mit 7 Personen dort, aber auch mit 14 Personen kommt man dort bestens zurecht, da es genügend Waschgelegenheiten gibt. Auch Küchenausrüstung ist vollständig vorhanden inkl. 2er großer Kühlschränke. Der Pool ist ein Traum mit Aussicht.

Beautiful, quiet location near Beganne, France. The house has everything and is very well thought out. The agent/owner was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
