Welcome to 34 Turtle Lane, a two story villa located ocean side in the heart of Sea Pines in the gated area of Turtle Club. The villa was recently painted inside and out and has a relaxed beach vibe. There are newer furnishings, linens and electronics.

The villa has a great room with soaring ceilings, plenty of comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. There is a deck located off the living area that has seating and a gas grill. There is a den area that overlooks one of the two community pools. There is nice furniture including a sleeper sofa and a fully renovated bath. All the bedrooms are located upstairs, from the entry way the staircase is split so one of the master suites is separate from the two additional bedrooms. This master consists of king bedding, newer furnishings, new linens, a flat screen TV and a private bath.

The other king is located to the right of the entry upstairs and has new king bedding, linens, mattress, new furniture and a flat screen TV. There is new carpet in the villa in all the bedrooms and hall. There is also a balcony located off the master suite that overlooks one of the community pools and there is a private bath. The third bedroom consists of two twin beds, newer furniture, nice linens, a flat screen TV and a private bath.

The villa is only steps to the beach, golf and the wonderful Sea Pines Beach Club and during the summer months the trolley runs at the beach club to all area and attractions within Sea Pines.

Good location but needs some TLC

The proximity to the beach was great as was having a pool right behind our unit. However, the photos make this place look nicer than it is. It’s not terrible by any stretch but the quality of flooring and other finishes is pretty low dollar. The kitchen was meagerly appointed. It was missing several basic things which important for us since we cooked in most days. 3/4 of the window blinds would not open making a place that doesnt get much natural light seem even darker. The quality of the sheets was subpar - feeling rough, and the pillow cases literally felt like they were made of some material like plastic. One of the garage door openers didnt work; there are water stains on the ceiling upstairs and in the garage among other issues that are becoming too numerous to list. All in all, it appears that there is a lot of deferred maintenance. To their credit, the property management company called Thursday to check on our stay which was impressive. None of this ruined our visit to our one of our favorite beaches. But we won’t be staying here again.

Great plan layout

The plan layout was good. The dishes were dirty with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes also. The fuse had blown so once it was turned on the dishwasher and garbage disposal worked. The refrigerator froze most of the things in refrigerator. A maintenance person came on Tuesday to check dishwasher so helped with refrigerator. The 2 car garage was not connected so couldn’t use. There was a wall that butt up to living space that contained mold which really upset my husband. He called numerous times to no avail. Maintenance person came Monday afternoon. Put some bleach on it and painted which didn’t satisfy spouse. I told him about toilet needing to be tightened down. He changed toilet sit that did nothing to alleviate problem. I really liked the layout of the place. It worked well for us. The beach was just a short walk away. So relaxing. The kids went to the pool everyday. Nice.

Perfect location for our first trip to Sea Pines

We loved the location of this property! Private access to the pool, a short walk to the beach and very centrally located to Caligny Plaza, Harbour Town and South Beach! We rode our bikes everywhere! However, the upstairs bathrooms need an update and showed up to a broken pull-out couch and had to order a roll-away bed for our daughter to sleep on. Other than that... we loved it!
