About this property

This newly renovated Sea Pines home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living space is well lit by natural sunlight and features plenty of plush seating as well as a fireplace. The kitchen is newly remodeled and features new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, and the dining area has plenty of seating and offers golf views from the table as well.

Attached to the living room is a Carolina Room that has plenty of comfortable seating with golf and landscape views. There is also a separate outdoor space with additional seating and a gas grill.

The first bedroom is downstairs and features a king bed and private bathroom space. The three other bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TVs.

Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Your Luxury Concierge is included with no additional cost.

Clean, Comfortable and Accommodating

The property manager communicated greatly throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. We had absolutely no issues at all. The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing I'd recommend is labeling the light switches; there are so many! Other than that, we had a really great stay over Thanksgiving. Thank you!!
