Great property

We enjoyed our stay so much! Location of property was great. The pool was perfect for our grandkids and cousins. Bikes were a bonus.

Great Time

House was great for our family with 6 adults and 4 children. It could use some tender loving care in the paint department and windows that would not stay up in the master bedroom. It smelled like mildew when we arrived, but a through airing seem to take care of it. Problems were immediately corrected that we had with the pool and plumbing. Patio chairs and tables had not been cleaned when we arrived so had to scrub them down. I could not figure out the thermostat and there was no instructions. There are no heat runs in lower bedroom only a moldy air conditioning unit so could have used a space heater. Loved playing with kids in pool.

We loved our vacation!

Every time I called the team was extremely helpful, very polite, very friendly and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable!!! The home was perfect for our family and the kitchen was the most equipped of all places that we rented for over eight years!! We will definitely use Beach Properties again when booking our next trip to Hilton Head!
