10 Wren Drive is a newly renovated four bedroom, three bathroom home that can sleep up to twelve guests. Located just a quick walk away from the beach – you can have your toes in the sand in five minutes!

The private pool is the perfect area to catch some rays and relax. There are chaise loungers and chairs around the pool plus you have a nice back patio area. The private pool is not able to be heated.

Some nice perks of this home is that it is outfitted with wireless internet, private washer & dryer, plus there is a gas grill outside. This home is also located very close to the South Beach area of Sea Pines where there are lots of shops, restaurants and a marina.

The main living room opens up to the top deck. There is a large, flat screen television plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is just steps away and is fully equipped with everything you need. The dining area provides seating for eight. There is also a breakfast table with additional seating options. The outside top deck has a table with seating for six. A few steps down is the middle deck with a table & down more stairs is the pool deck area.

Three of the bedrooms are located just a few steps up from the main level of the home. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed + a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two full beds + a flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share the full bathroom at the end of the hall that has a shower/tub combo.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level. It has a king bed + a flat screen TV. It also has a television and a door that leads directly to the pool deck area. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Excellent location with a great pool

Overall very nice house and the location to the beach couldn’t be beat. The pool was amazing and had both shared and sun spots all day long!

Location was great, home was clean and as expected. Outdoor lights were not working when we arrived. The rental agency was quick to send workers to fix the issue. The dryer does not work well at all, we had to do 3 runs to get the beach towels dry and two runs for most other laundry.

The pool was very clean and more spacious than even in pictures. Beach was only a short roughly 5 minute walk. The landscaping surrounding the house was great. Not a big deal at all, but there were no games/kids toys so make sure you bring your own. Overall, super great trip and rental for a good price point, would recommend and would definitely stay there again. Sea pines is so serene and beautiful to stay in.

Wonderful!!

We loved our stay here! It is across the street from the water tower so an easy walk to the beach. The house itself was nice & big enough for our entire family. We went in September and the pool was very cold (my 4 year old did not care) but not a lot of sun to warm it up. :) Would definitely go again!

Great Location

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The short walk to the beach was great and the pool was enjoyed with multiple visits from the Pool Co to keep it serviced. The problems we had (broken ice machine, some ants in the kitchen, trash left by previous people outside the cans) was very quickly addressed by Coastal Homes and Villas. The house wasn't as fresh as the pictures portrayed but still very comfortable for our family of 7.

More overhead lighting or brighter lamps would help in these older lamp-based homes. Pool and deck were terrific. House had everything needed and was a good choice.

Great stay in Sea Pines

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was fantastic - so close to the beach and within an 8-10 minute walk to Salty Dog. The house was clean with plenty of kitchen essentials including plastic bowls/plates/cups for our toddler. The bathroom in the master was gorgeous! The maintenance of the pool was somewhat lacking, it was only cleaned once during our stay and the pump didn’t seem to be working so the pool was full of debris that we cleaned almost daily. Also, the pool can’t be heated so just something to bear in mind - it was a little chilly during our trip!

Only cleaned once during our week long stay. The kitchen needs more deep pots for seafood cooking. The bed in the basement bedroom needs replaced. Very worn out and uncomfortable. The basement bath door needs repaired and does not close properly. The basement bedroom could use a full remodel. Water stains on trim from rusted nails along baseboard. Appears there is a water issue in this room. This room stays a little musty. The light and fan to the basement bath should be on separate switches so you don’t Always have to have the very loud bath fan on. House could use a second refrigerator and an ice maker. Trash can lids do not fit properly and animals are able to get into trash at night. This was a mess to clean up twice during our stay.

Loved it!!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and have stayed all over Sea Pines. This was one of our favorites houses ever. Its location is very close to the beach, the pool is a great size, and it’s been newly renovated. We already booked it for next year!

Wonderful place for families

We LOVED our stay in this awesome home! Close to the beach about a 5 minute walk. Beach was very private. Pool was great although it was cold in May, not able to heat. 10 minute walk to the Salty Dog area. Clean and all the items you need to cook. Washer and Dryer worked well and in convenient location. We loved to open garage to store our wagon, bikes and stroller. House was plenty big for 6 adults and an infant.

Family vacation

The home was lovely, our family had a fabulous time . Close to the beach home had everything we needed. One complaint the pool was dirty and needed cleaned also a raccoon pooped on the stairs they did come to clean it but that amounted to them scooping it out 🤨we felt it needed a through cleaning

Great Location & Clean House

When you rent a house - you can hope for 2 things: cleanliness & location. It was a short walk to the beach, great neighborhood. Perfect size pool. I wouldn't plan to cook much at this property - the stove was really hard to work!
